2nd time staying at this hotel. Very nice, quiet and comfortable

Clean and large room

Loved this hotel! Very clean, very spacious, and the staff were so nice! We were there when the big Microsoft issue happened so we couldn't get key cards. Each hotel occupant had to be let in to their room by an employee. Let me tell you, I would have been frazzled if I were an employee dealing with that. But the staff there were amazing, they took it all in stride, kept their wits about them and one staff in particular had a great sense of humour. I wish I'd gotten her name, she deserves several awards! Anyways, the room was quiet, well equipped with toiletries, towels, hair dryer, coffee machine (thank you Jesus), microwave and mini fridge. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were HEAVENLY. I need pillows like that at home! Hotel has a very nice pool and exercise room. Very close to restaurants and Tim's. All in all, such a great experience that I would highly recommend staying here 😊.

This is a very nice place to stay. The staff were all lovely, there was a global tech outage that disabled the key cards, this did not affect the service at all. Everyone was so cheerful and there was always someone to escort us to our room to provide us access. I will definitely stay again.

It wasn’t great. The air conditioner was noisy, bed was rock solid and something was making a banging noise every hour or so. No one asked how our stay was as we left so I decided to leave this review instead. Wouldn’t stay here again. Wouldn’t return back.

Hotel is nice and new, the staff are wonderful and helpful. Unfortunately my bedding had some terrible stains on it. Front desk was very apologetic and sent someone from maintenance to change the sheets right away, but it was disappointing that this was missed. The short window of coffee availability in the lobby was a let down also.

The facilities are spot on, I enjoyed the bar and restaurant experience. Neat surroundings plus a nicely kept car park.

Great stay at the Hilton with my family. Great location at a great competitive rate. Hitel is modern and clean. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Tons of restaurants and shopping in the area and a large movie theater across the street. Keg, subway, tim hortons in the same lot. 10 minutes from Science North and Dynamic Earth. Pool was clean and warm.

Nice

The day we got there, front desk only had one reception open, and a line up formed behind us due to this. The second front desk reception was unable to log in due to being a new team member. We waited in line for 20 minutes before anyone even told us what was going on, we didn’t even get greeted. Not a good start for Hilton. Your front desk staff need to be coached on what hospitality is. Then when we finally got into our room the toilet seat had hair on it, the bedding had some strange dark blood splatter at the inside part of the duvet. Yuck. Horrible for Hilton and $200 a night. Moreover, we chose Hilton because of it being a luxury hotel, hoping that at least our stay would be better. But no. The first night a family of 2 or 3 with 2 to 3 kids each screamed and ran down and up the hall from the time of our checkin till 11 pm. The second day not only did the children do the same thing but there were pieces of chocolate everywhere on our floor. My husband and I were dressed for dinner and we stepped on the chocolate by mistake almost dragging it into our room. It was so frustrating that there was extreme lack of respect for other people staying at the hotel or just on our floor. I’m surprised no one complained. I’m also surprised that the staff didn’t held their customers to higher standards. It was almost like we were at a motel not the Hilton hotel. For this reason we will never be staying at this Hilton location ever again. Not worth the price, the quality of room.

This hotel has been our go-to hotel in Sudbury for the past few years. Its age is starting to show in some areas (eg. carpet in common areas are worn and need a deep cleaning). Overall, still a pleasant stay with friendly and professional staff. Area is convenient with ample selection of restaurants and close to new shopping areas. One of the best, if not the best, hotel in Sudbury.

Business trip, AC worked like a charm in the latest heat wave… comfortable beds, a bunch of restaurants on the block and free parking

Great hotel and service. Only stayed one night. Will definitely stay here every time I visit the area. The Keg, Tim Hortons and the shell gas station are all in the same parking lot. Close to everything.

good location to access shopping, restaurants etc. However, parking was scarce until after 11pm.

Minimalist

Very nice room. Mostly clean although there were some smudges on the bathroom door handle and shower glass. Staff were friendly. Overall great hotel.

Great overall experience, my only complaint is that there is nowhere at the pool to change, so you’re leaving the pool area dripping wet. Area around hotel is bleak, but not their fault.

Very clean and modern hotel. Brought 2 of my dogs and love the dog space in the back of the hotel. Great spot for running and allowing them to do their business. Everyone was friendly and would certainly book this hotel again.
