I liked the property's proximity to good shops and restaurants and how quiet it was. I'm not a fan of outdoor swimming pools, especially in a muggy place like Florida, but that's just a personal preference.

Staff was helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hot.

Convenient location for Melbourne and Palm Bay. A/C not as noisy as hotels with their units underneath window.

Our room was spacious. The towels and bed linens were nice and freshly cleaned. The room was very clean. Breakfast was also good. Melbourne Beach is just 20 minutes from the hotel. The only problem we had was the toilet, we to hold down the leveler because if not, the water would continue to run.

I never had housekeeping services for the two days I stayed there. There was trash in the wastebasket from the previous occupants of the room. Top blanket was soiled and seemed like it hadn't been washed in a while. I should have brought this to the attention of the front desk but I didn't.

This is a great hotel. Clean, friendly staff. Would get five stars but we asked for clean towels daily and they came in and made beds and touched and moved our personal belongings even after we asked them to just swap out towels and not touch anything else.

It was very clean and organized. Breakfast was good. The room amazing. Big smart tv, spacious and comfortable. The only thing is that the carpet was somewhat wet. Like they just washed it. The detergent smell was weird.

Check in person was extremely friendly and fast.

Overall, this was a terrific value with super competitive pricing per night. I’m offering a 5-star review mainly because of the value and how attentive the staff was. Our room had some noticeable issues mainly plumbing was slow to drain in the sink with a leak. Our toilet easily clogged and the shower drained a little slow. Some trim pieces were damaged, but nothing major. All minor issues in the grand scheme of things and again, the value per night was incredible including free daily breakfast, hence the 5-stars.

Property well maintained. The staff at front desk courteous and helpful. The breakfast well stocked and staff friendly.

The staff is amazing …….. they are very helpful, understanding, polite and go out their way to make sure we are comfortable. I’m very happy and glad we booked here……. we will come back best hotel i’ve stayed at so far!!!

Right next to Bass Pro Continental breakfast was decent Comfortable room, mostly clean Pool was nice They have a washer and dryer that takes quarters. Grateful that they provide detergent. The downside; Only clean room every other day, by request. They forgot us, though I made the request. We didn't notice until housekeeping was gone for the day so we were left with a load of dirty towels. The girl at the desk was nice enough to give us some clean ones, but I had to carry the load up to the room.

I highly recommend this hotel due to its pleasant location, exceptional cleanliness, and friendly staff.

The hotel was wonderful! The beds and pillows were comfortable, the room was spacious. The only thing lacking was breakfast. It was not grea, but decent. Would definitely stay again!

Having forgotten to pack these items, I didn't like that there was no tooth paste or mouthwash available. However, there are several stores nearby that had what I needed. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the water pressure in the shower.
