Exceptional place to stay. Staff was very professional and friendly. Place is clean and it smells great.

It was disappointing as they were short staff. Restaurant don’t have proper staff and they were keen to charge money up front prior to services. Average breakfast! Marriott is good company and they should not ruin their reputation in this area. I won’t go back to this place again.

The bed was hard bathroom was dirty and the staff wasn’t friendly and gave us a handicap room and we didn’t ask for it but was the only king room available not happy at all

Breakfast was good enough. Please add fresh boiled eggs. Need refrigerator in the room . It is a necessary item.

The area is very good and fun activities

Beautiful suite. 2 queen beds, a desk area, a couch with a pullout twin bed under it. Huge closet space, plenty of room in bathroom as well. Ice machine is amazing options of ice, water, or mix! There is a $20 per day parking, so be aware of that. Excellent breakfast starting at 6:30 am

Nice pool and hot tub area. Rooms are spacious and nice.

The location can't be beat for Island Park and Snake river adventures!

They canceled our reservation and gave our room to someone else. We had to drive over an hour to the next town which changed our entire vacation route. Not happy at all! We were traveling with my 80 year old handicapped mother in law. Plus we were checking in at 10pm. Not happy about driving that far and missing Yellowstone because the manager gave our room to someone else!

We booked the hotel last minutes when arriving Yellowstone west ! There weren’t any option available, all hotel in the area pretty full booked and pricy, we found SpringHill Suit and very happy we chose it, it’s quite new hotel, facilities are adequate, clean. Room interior is modern aesthetic, staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is about 25-30 minutes to drive in West Yellowstone park entrance. We have a pleasant experience with the stay. Definitely recommend!

We stayed for three nights. Had excellent experience. Staff was super nice and friendly. My kids enjoyed the pool and fire pit. Lake view was awesome !!!

Great place to stay. Clean. Beautiful modern decor. Loved the jacuzzi after hiking in YNP. Awesome breakfast and staff! Close to a grocery store but only a few restaurants.

It is a great location for Yellowstone National Park and exploring the great area in Idaho State where the hotel is located.

Property experienced computer system breakdown when we arrived, however staff tried very hard to make our checkin more smoothly, everyone was very friendly. Front libby is very big and bright.

It was really clean and located in a good spot

Room wasnt ready till 4:45 pm despite a 3 pm check-in and an early check-in as a Titanium Elite Member. The staff has no training in problem resolution or effective hospitality and the Manager didnt have any sense of urgency or want to make amends. The Lobby bar/lounge was closed due to being short staffed.

The location is quite remote

Customer Service was outstanding which is hard to find nowadays. Sam at the front desk exceeded our expectations.

This little gem is less than ½ hour from Yellowstone west entrance. We liked it for the remote quiet location beside a beautiful river. There is a great restaurant just a short walk accross the bridge over the river, and full sized, well stocked modern grocery store a minute up the road. This hotel appears brand new with a big beautiful lobby, lounge, and breakfast area. The rooms are modernly and beautifully furnished. It has a nice workout room, swimmng pool, and an outdoor hot tub that has a nice view of the river. It is well staffed with very pleasant, courteous and professional people. The only issue we had was a concern about the chlorine level of the swimming pool. The first day we used the pool, my wife thought the chlorine level was higher than it should be. She's a swimmer and can usually tell these things. Well, her 2 month old chlorine resistant swimsuit that she uses regularly had the colour washed right out. When I talked to staff and a manager, they assured us that the chlorine levels are checked twice a day. A manager took a picture of the bathing suit and said they will double check the device used to measure the levels. That was where it was left. So, we were out my wife's bathing suit and she didn't want to chance the swimming pool the rest of our stay. She said the hot tub seemed fine, so we did use it the whole stay. So, if you want a great hotel near the park, but not as busy as West Yellowstone, this is the place to stay.

Every thing are brand new and location is perfect, but there are some little things not quite in line.
