Television was broken the entire stay. Sheets felt like polyester. Sweated all night. No one answers front desk until after 20 rings.

The place was jumping with a baseball team from Bama playing pool and having fun when I got there. But as the night went it did get quiet for a while. The room was ok. Nothing to brag about. The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked a little lumpy for Hilton. The shower was very hot. I didn't sleep at all. People were in and slamming doors all night. Breakfast was plain, but the coffee was good. Would I book here again? No!!! Would I recommend probably not . Unless there is no where else to go. The staff are excellent though.

I enjoyed my stay at the Tru, staff was great and breakfast was excellent! Can’t wait to book my next stay there!

Over all it was good, but the free breakfast was not so great. But I guess you can’t complain about something that was free.

Awesome place

it stunk inside the hotel

This was an economical choice for a short stay. The hotel seemed new, it had a really cute lobby with a coffee station, pool table and games, and a breakfast buffet. The room was decent but basic. What I would expect for this type of hotel.

Place and staff were excellent!

I enjoyed my stay except for not enough washcloths and towel

The front desk people were great. Had a problem with the sound on the TV and the desk person, I think his name was Don, responded immediately- twice. We also had to check out a day early and Hotel.com and the Tru Hilton were fantastic.

Clean, minimal. Good for families

We’ve stayed at cleaner hiltons before. This hotel was pretty good. Just needs a deeper clean in the bathroom specifically the shower.

Great place

The hotel was new. Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. My only concern was the room was small, very compact. No room to move around, I did not feel confortable in it because of the lack of size.

The customer service was AMAZING!!! This hotel had some of the most friendly hotel staff I have encountered in a long time.

The pillows are very good. Number of towels about one short and why anyone would want to wash with a soap putting sugar on their skin just escapes me. Having no microwave was unexpected. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The man who checked me in was inappropriate ! That made me uncomfortable and not sure what he meant. he said to me example we have to have a deposit because you might go Led Zeppelin on us. Which when I made the reservation, nothing was said to me about a deposit. I thought to myself what? Then he proceeded to tell me behind the “magical curtain” was breakfast. When I complain to who I thought was the manager, her comment was oh he’s a retired teacher. That’s a sense of humor. I explained to her as a female checking in alone. I felt that was inappropriate and unnerving. That he was very unprofessional. There was another Clark who came in behind him. She heard him and all she did was lowered her head. Also, we were under the impression that Motel had swimming pool and when I ask about it, he says we have a pool table. Do you know the difference? He wouldn’t let me get my daughters room keys since I was checking in for the both of us since I had paid for both rooms. As of just dealing with him, we won’t use that motel again if we have to do encounter him otherwise the motel was great.

The hotel was along a primary route and was easy to find. The color scheme of the hotel also stands out and aids in locating it.

Great hotel room, many options for breakfast, friendly staff. Rebekah from the front desk was very helpful with giving restaurant recommendations for Beaufort. The hotel was clean, quiet, safe, and I would highly recommend.
