My overall stay was nice. But there were a few things that kept it from being an excellent stay. Both sets of sheets had several rips in them like someone took scissors to them. The shower door also would not stay closed at all which caused the water from the shower to get all over the bathroom floor.

Location close to freeways, lots of eating options nearby, friendly crew

Good stay.. not a fan of sliding bathroom doors. They lack privacy & don’t keep the bathroom smells in the bathroom. Wasn’t thrilled with the parking situation. They have a pay $14 a day lot right next to the hotel but the free parking lot you have to go down across the street.. not convenient at all.

My room was so dirty 601. The blinds are ripping the tub was dirty.My feet were black from the floor. I just think you haven’t done it in a long time. I was too tired to say anything, but I love your place when I come. I always stay there the first time I felt like something was wrong .

Great time. Modern and clean, although i would recommend that the housekeeping team wear bonnets to prevent their hair from falling/shredding. Although my room was clean, there were strands of blonde/brown hair in the bathroom and dresser areas. Cant beat the location.

Very convenient to a lot of good eateries

This property in Dunwoody is my first stay with Hyatt. I was truly blown away by the great atmosphere, the cleanliness of the property as well as the rooms. Definitely my favorite now

The only con was the breakfast set up. It's very disorganized. The plates are stacked in the corner, everyone has to step over each other to get a plate then get in line. Guests are rude, pushing, shoving getting upset about seats. It is disorganized chaos!!

I would highly recommend anyone to stay here for their next visit to Atlanta.

One of the better hotels to stay at on this planet. The standard of these hotels is exceptional. This isn’t luxury. This place is quality in a lot of dimensions that might not be apparent on a website. That’s the point. It’s a place and a brand you have to experience. They understand location and efficiency. The staff are exceptional and absolutely courteous.

Our stay was less than desirable. Our room wasn’t very clean. The floors had not been vacuumed upon arrival. The sheets had black hairs on them. The phone didn’t work so we couldn’t call the front desk to ask for towels or clean sheets. The shower was clogged. We had to remove a huge hairball( not ours) so that we could take a shower with draining water. On a good note, the front desk staff was very nice.

Breakfast area could be larger, hotel was full and it was chaotic in breakfast area, definitely need a second toaster but staff kept up with the food.

I booked a suite. We were given a room with a very condensed small living are basically that had a half sleeper right next to the bed. So i requested a room with more space. The second room jad a bit more space but it appeared that someone had used the restroom because the toilet seat was up and a facetowel was in the sink. The sheets smelled old like someone had slept on it. They didnt smell fresh and clean. Then to add insult to injury, I was given the wrong.time for breakfast. Breakfast is very limited and nit in abundance. We observe the breakfast staff rushing to close the breakfast space minutes before cut off time. Also this location does not have a pool. Smt.. it was a no win for us so we checked out early. Despite these hiccups, front desk was welcoming, courteous and understandable. Its definetly a place to drop in for a quick business trip or shopping but their housekeeping.staff needs to do a better job of inspecting rooms for check-in.
