A beautifully kept Hotel from start to finish! Staff super professional & friendly. Me & my friends loved it! Nice parking lot too and the walking distance to Trader Joe’s was an epic bonus!! Literally flawless stay.

I felt very at home. I love the full kitchen I had. I had booked a suite and I was like I was at my own apartment. Staff is great, kind, very helpful. Breakfast was amazing!!!
Very convenient to get around. Highway right around the corner. Enjoyed taking a stroll down to Dos Lagos. Great vibes. Not to mention a Trader Joe’s right next door.

This is my 5th time staying at this hotel and the location couldn't be better. Walking distance to entertainment and food options.

Apparently a pet-friendly hotel. Unfortunately, my room was infested with fleas.
Booked a room here for two nights.
Stayed October 8-10, 2024.
Great location and good complimentary free breakfast.
However, fleas were in and around the bathroom and kitchenette just after you enter the room.
General Manager says cannot do a refund since it was booked through 3rd-party and offered a free-stay for future use instead. I declined given my experience. GM said will try and reach out to 3rd-party to work something out and give me a call. GM has not reached as of this writing.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this hotel, and I find the stay to be efficient and adequate. I appreciate the staff and their dedication to quality customer service.

Be careful when you stay here my truck was broken into the parking lot is not well lit. There is no security no security cameras. The place is nice but I will never stay here again because of the theft and there’s no preventative measures put in place like security cameras or anything

Had excellent service at check-in. The lady that checked us in was very pleasant, smiling and very welcoming. That was the start to a great stay. The room was large and clean. We utilized the pool and that area was also organized and clean. Breakfast in the morning was much better than expected and had a very good selection of food and was kept full.

We stayed here after going to the Glen Ivy spa, and playing the Glen Ivy Golf Club. The service was amazing. The included breakfast was solid. The pool was nice, clean and not crowded. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants which was very nice. Trader Joe's is right next door wick was super helpful since the room has a refrigerator, kitchen , etc. The only draw back on this hotel were the towels. The towels were thin, small and hard, in both the room and the pool. Outside of that, it was great.

I booked a two bedroom room with two queens for a reason they give me a room with one bed and a couch bed I did not want a couch bed then when I asked for the two queens they didn’t have any available and the room smelt so bad we had to change rooms I am not happy and feel scammed I could of stayed somewhere else if they didn’t have what I wanted and booked

Awesome property. Loved the location awesome price for how long we had to stay. The room was amazing. When I first checked in told the staff that I do not want everyday cleaning and they told me that they do every other day. Perfect didn’t need that much either. However, we stayed for 7 nights and the room was cleaned once. I actually had to ask when they would clean the room. I kept getting told the next day and nothing. I’m all for the environment but please make sure you take care of the customers.

We stayed 1 night. The location is literally next to an outdoor mall and Trader Joe’s. The hotel was clean and nice. The only thing that was a bother was the room next to us. I had to call twice regarding loud yelling. It sounded like there were more than 4 people next door having an after party. It was right before 2am they finally settled down. Right after I called the front desk and spoke to a “Mike,” I heard a woman from that room say “quiet down, Mike’s calling.”

Home2Suites is by Dos Lagos Shopping center. It’s a good location and around restaurants. I have an EV car and they also have a charging station which is a plus for us! The hotel is clean and staff are also very nice!

Great hotel by far my favorite in corona. Breakfast however was prob one of the worst I’ve had. I mean lots options like mini waffles, bagels, i had a burrito and some potatoes totally awful. U can prob find enough to get by. We did not have housekeeping on our 2 days stay not sure if still issue post covid or not as front desk guy never mentioned anything about. O housekeeping. Facility beautiful and clean and super quiet except in morning u can hear everyone opening their loud bathroom doors as they r sliding bark style.

Very clean and safe. We had teenagers running up and down our floor and the breakfast ran out of some of the food but otherwise good.

Everything was nice until we got in bed after a long day of traveling to find the bedding was nit washed. It reaked of body odor. We instantly got out and called the front desk. We were brought new bedding and i had to make the bed up. We got a verbal apology once. I dont like to make a scene or basically demand an appropriate apology so i didnt speak on it but i will not be staying there again.
