The stay was good.

Just disappointed over all just booked this hotel few weeks ago based on pool choice to get there for them to tell me pools been closed for 5 months but oh opened for bit last week it’s in our website —- I don’t go on website I book through hotel app ——- if pool closed for 5 months shouldn’t even show

The check out service was horrible... they said because we booked 3 rd party we could not get a reciept or the 50 $ reimbursement from credit card. I will never go to this hotel again

Pool was closed and this was the only reason we booked, no mention of this on hotels.com Couldnt sleep due to noise from room above called to complain 3 times but nothing was done

It is a really nice and clean hotel. The rooms are large for the area and comfortable. The only complaint is that the area is not walkable at all, so unless you have a car with you then you are stuck or Ubering everywhere.

From the moment we stepped in ot was a 5 star plus experience. 1st was my accomadation of the room in which they immediately resolved. 2nd was my son misplaced his portable game system in which one of the staff members found and turned it in. The staff remembered and it was turned into us the following day. We stayed an extra day just because of the service we received and the friendliness of the entire staff from the front desk person, the building engineer who took me to the room to check for the Nintendo, the maid who also checked for us and to the manager on duty for the upgrade also to the staff member who found it for my son. I can't say enough about the customer service here. The rooms were great and breakfast good as well. Next time im near I know where to stay. Thank you all for making this experience a great one and one to remember. Only regret i have is that i dont have the names of everyone that helped and this experience a great one. Just wasn't fair just to name the 3 i remembered but once again Thanks to the entire staff that worked this weekend.

The property was very nice and clean and the room was excellent I was very impressed by look and cleanliness we be staying again and we tell friends and family about the hotel

Excellent in every aspect.

The facility is lovely. Staff quite helpful. My concern is that the tiles in the kitchen area and bathroom were very slippery in the accessible room, especially if wearing rubber soles. There was breakfast included but there were so many people waiting in line that we left to go to a restaurant. This was disappointing to us.

Nice, new, and clean hotel. Will stay again. The staff at the front desk was really nice.

The room had a weird smell in it like a wet carpet although I couldn’t see the wet carpet myself. I brought it up to the manager and they offered to change the room and I accept that but the new room also had the smell although it wasn’t as bad

Great breakfast and the hotel is right next to the shopping mall which is great. The place is clean and the staff was very welcoming.

Disappointments around every corner. The one plus: the room size was excellent for family of 6 with 2 beds and sofa bed. Why we’ll never return: odd sanitizing smell throughout the building from the moment we walked in the building. I think it’s meant to make you feel the place is clean but instead it’s a suffocating smell that follows everywhere and is slightly sickening. The pool was out of service. When we asked for blankets for sofa bed they brought us mattress covers. The breakfast was strategically planned to be unappetizing. The setup was such that you couldn’t reach plates though the mob waiting for the waffle iron. Oh and joy (sarcasm): buckwheat waffle batter with a bitter aftertaste. No/minimal fresh fruit. Minimal cereal. The door to the bathroom locks automatically and requires the ability to press a tiny white button to unlock- not easy for my smaller kids. And to top it off: we were anxious for a good nights sleep. NOPE. the alarm clock went off at 530am and we couldn’t turn it off. We couldn’t unplug it from the wall or the clock itself. Hotel was so concerned it would be stolen that it was tightly wound and tied with zip ties so the cords wouldn’t budge. And then there were the dogs barking loudly next door. You get the picture…

AC does not work, Fridge was leaking water, you had to call multiple times just to have someone come check

Pool was closed which is the reason we booked the hotel. Not many food options when your vegan. The room smelled moldy, thin walls and housekeeping were horrible. They did not want to give us clean towels

The hotel stinks. The hallways and my room were horrible. I left daily with me and my clothes smelling nasty from my room. Breakfast selection was poor. Staff was great.

Hotel was great. The location was the only thing that was a little tough, as so much traffic converged right by the hotel.

Hotel is beautiful and clean. Staff is amazing. Super convenient location, lots of stores and restaurants.

Very sad that it was not advertised when booking that the pool was under construction. Pretty much ruined father’s day weekend. We could’ve stayed at our house 1 mile away and saved $250 for 1 night if we knew the pool was not able to be used. Terrible experience and overpriced for the lack of amenities

Hotel is nice and decently priced for the area. Breakfast had a big lack of non-meat protein options - all egg options also had processed meat mixed in. Room had boot prints on the floor, had obviously not had the floor cleaned thoroughly before my stay.

I stayed here for a couple of days during a work trip, and it was amazing. The kitchen set up in the room was really convenient as well as the provided breakfast. The internet was reliable which is always a priority for work trips. The facility was clean, parking gets full at night but I had no issues. Getting back to the property was the only struggle but its due to the location being right next to a highway interchange. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel is so great. The staff is accommodating and gave me water upon my arrival which was great because we are in a heat wave. The gym is clean and towels are abundant. Breakfast is well done.
