Room did not have hot water and hotel refused to accommodate. My party and I had to take cold showers, 3 out of 10…Do not recommend!!

The front desk closed at 10pm after that we couldn’t get any waters or a new key .. I spent the nite locked out of my room on the last nite. I wouldn’t stay there again if they were paying me ! Actually I’m turned off from using your website also because it was nothing like describe.

This hotel is very modern and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It is located in a very central area, close to restaurants, beaches and shopping facilities. It was very quiet and simply beautiful !

Staff was rude upon arrival. We did arrive a little earlier than check in but were treated like we were intruding! After 3pm my room still was not available and the front desk proceeded to check the next party in very very rude !!!!!

Mario, Wendy were great. They both went over and above. Our first day our room did not have hot water but the issue was fixed. The housekeeper was not very pleasant. But outside of that, we enjoyed our stay.

I plan this trip to relax, reflect. and reset. I have a few delays in my traveling but upon arrival ACherry was waiting to check me in, my room was spacious, clean, beautiful view of the Marina and it smelled good. The beach was amazing. There were several places to dine within walking distances: True Waves. Baci's, Sharkbite, and Mango Reef (my favorite) and continental breakfsst was available each morning....in addition to water all day. The staff was wonderful - ACherry, Mario & Wendine. I would recommend Zenza to everyone.

We ended up at the Zenza when our departing flight was canceled and we needed to extend our paradise trip for another day.
Upon check in the staff was amazingly sweet and helpful. We could figure out the remote situation as there was a different remote for the TV, AC, drapes, ceiling fan and someone came up to help us as we wanted the fan to work. The WiFi somehow would connect on our phones in the lobby but not in the room which was pretty significant
Wasn’t a fan of the bathroom structures. Probably better with married folks than friends.

I loved my stayed here, such wonderful staff. Very clean and quiet and friendly. I stayed in the penthouse and when I say it was so pretty and they decorated my room so pretty. Highly recommended staying here and will be back soon

The only problem that I had with this property was that the handle on the bathroom door was broken. The front desk was notified, however, since we were only staying for one night, the hotel probably didn’t send anyone to fix it.

Stay was nice .. a little loud outside .. the place is far from the main strip so you need a taxi.. taxis get expensive.. hotel room was nice but we did have one roach .. the view was beautiful from the balcony .. they gave you free water and the continental breakfast was bananas and apples along with a few pastries not bad .. if I would go back I might try the main strip but did like my stay

Good value for money, Zenza is well thought out and with all that you need for a vacation or business stay. The staff are courteous and efficient. Situated next to Turtle Cove Marina the hotel is only a ten-minute taxi ride to Grace Bay and other popular parts of the island. Although there is no on-property restaurant there are full-service restaurants nearby (Baci, Mango Reef, Marine Room & Magnolia), a cool family friendly bar/restaurant (Sharkbite) and Turks Wave Cafe for a substantial or light breakfast. Zenza offers complimentary coffee and pastries in the lobby each morning.

Staff was nice, friendly, and always ready to assist. There aren’t many restaurants, beaches, or attractions near hotel that are walking distance. But overall my stay was pleasant.

This hotel is a nice quiet and clean hotel it’s def a good spot and in the heart and soul of everything I don’t want to recommend it bc u want to keep it to myself lol but I’d say if you are going to Turks BOOK this hotel
It’s a must visit . Great staff throughout the hotel very nice and helpful. The lady that works daily and cleans does and amazing job in sad I didn’t get her name but she knows she is awesome and make sure yall thank her and her team they work around the clock and do great ABSOLUTELY GREAT thank you Zenza for another great stay

I was overall impressed with the property. Its a great resort and hoping it stays well maintained. Would definitely come back. Cherry/Sherry at front desk was the sweetest person to interact with. The only downside was Im not sure if my room door was kept open during housekeeping but my room was filled with mosquitoes and I noticed my sheets and towels were stained so that dropped points. One towel had hair wrapped around it too.

Property is very small and not in a convenient location. Continental breakfast is only a few pastries and croissants served at 8am. Not a convenient location. And golf cart they offer does not bring u to Grace bay
