When we arrived, there was no one at the counter. I rang the bell, after a couple minutes, someone stuck their head out and said they were on lunch and it would be another 10 minutes. So after traveling all day, we sat and waited for another 10 minutes to be checked in. It was a different person that checked us in. The room is very basic, nothing in it, no hair dryer, not even a paper cup, nothing. They have no coffee or anything in the lobby or rooms. There was one vending machine that had 3 items in it, the rest was empty. There was a sign that said if you put your trash out in the hall for them to pick up they would charge a $25 littering fee. There was only one wash cloth, the towels were paper thin.

Clean convenient stay near the airport. We had everything we needed without anything extra.

How was my check in? I made my reservation two months in advance, me and my family arrived at the hotel at 1:00 am and no one was at the reception, we waited outside for 40 minutes and no one answered the phone, no reception service at all! So no check in, never again at this hotel. How can this happen in a hotel? What if there is an emergency? Soo frustrating and disappointed.

Mostly pleasant, was grateful to check in early (for $25.00) to the A/C room. Not so thrilled when i saw the condition of the floor that had obviously not been swept let alone cleaned. Sheets were also dirty & stained. Had to carry the dirty sheets to the lobby to exchange for clean ones, as is their policy. Then annoyingly realized i had to make my own bed. Ugh! Also having No Coffee in the room or lobby was strange. Employees were helpful and kind though

The hotel called me and asked if I was still coming. I told them I was driving on the road to their hotel and would be there in about 40 minutes. There was no receptionist when arriving around 9:00 PM. I called the hotel phone number and their phone rang next to me and no one picked it up. After being there 5-10 minutes, I contacted hotels.com to request a refund since check-in was not possible. I reached an agent and he tried to figure out what was going on. Eventually a reception arrived about 15 minutes after I got to the hotel and was able to check in.

Worst spot

Worst experience of my life. Paid for a room just for the hotel staff to call the cops on me and tell them I didn’t pay for the room. They charged me a deposit on a credit card than turned around and asked me for a cash deposit for towels! Didn’t provide me any towels until the 2nd day I was there! Hotel staff allowed a woman on the property to come to my room and cause an altercation! Didn’t call the cops or anything! Hotel staff is unprofessional & disrespectful! The little skinny dude that works the day time with the mullet is the worst! Thought the way they treated me was actually funny. He found it funny that he called the cops on me and lied to them. He allowed me to pay for the room and than once it was paid for contacted the cops and say I didn’t pay! Told the cops I couldn’t stay on the property anymore and had me removed even tho I paid for the room I was in! Hotel management has yet to reach out to me even though I’ve made countless reports to their corporate office and promised they will reach out to me on monday! Monday came and passed and they did not contact me! These employees violated the detailed required rules and procedures they must follow being the innkeeper! Currently I am searching for an attorney to sue them for all unfair deceptive business practices.

Checked in passed midnight and the clerk had all my information ready to go. It took me less than 5 minutes to get checked in and on my way to some sleep.

It was a decent place for the price we paid.

It was a comfortable bed in apparent secured building . Clean beds comfortable . No disposable glasses no drinking water available, no Kleenex, never mind coffee in room or lobby . At least there was T.P.

We checked in they gave us a room on the third floor and as soon as we walked into the room both of the beds were untidy and there was vomit in the sink there was a mess all over the floor food everywhere. The kind staff did try to rectify the situation and give us another room but it had already left a very sour taste in her mouth and the room was a lot smaller than I needed so we just decided to leave. We were not offered a refund which I think is wrong.

I like management and the staff. They always take care of my stay and my employees. If you have any issues, just bring it to the front desk and they will solve it immediately. Hudhud

I didn’t appreciate the multiple deposit fees charged to my card ($100x3) on a 2 night stay plus an $80 charged for who knows what . I had to contact my bank in order to get the money back. $380 to be out of during a road trip could be disastrous during an unfortunate event . Almost a week to see money credited to my account. I talked to a few guests as well which wished customer service would be better . If you need a roll of toilet paper they ask for the empty one , you need a towel they require you to bring a dirty one to front desk, no iron or ironing board either

Booked through Hotels.com and online said there were rooms available. However, upon arrival, the person at the front desk informed us that there were no rooms available because they were all dirty. I guess the washer and dryer that housekeeping uses went out so they were unable to change sheets, provide clean towels, etc. Yikes! Had to take my business elsewhere

Great Customer Service. Clean, Safe, non-smoke Hotel which is a plus for my health conditions and laundry onsite.

They are the only WoodSpring suits to not offer kitchen ware for an extended stay hotel and they don’t offer quarters for laundry even though the sign says you can get quarters at the front desk

There was no one at the front desk so I couldn't check in. Waited for 30 minutes. Spoke to the manager earlier in the day and Paul ensured that someone would be present so I could check in. However there was a sign that said back at 11pm and I waited until 1130, called multiple times and Nothing. Left and went to another place across the street. This is horrible and I will be issuing a charge back on my credit card due to not being able to check in. Worst experience ever. Not to mention how dangerous it is to have a 4 story hotel with no staff in premise at night. Insane.

Room was clean with minimal extras. Full size fridge, with microwave and a stove were great, but no utensils available. No hairdryer, so be sure and bring your own.

The hotel lacks of cleanliness!! The hotel is rundown, i checked out at 6:30am that’s how bad I wanted to leave !!

Giovanni at the front desk needs to remember that front desk is responsible for welcoming guest. Bad customer service skills

Staff was great. The stay was ok for an overnight trip. We found 3 cockroaches in the hotel. I let the front desk now during checkout and he said they were aware and have a pest control company scheduled. Parking lot had sketchy people hanging out with short term traffic and not getting out, then just leaving. The air freshener in the room smelled like it was masking some sort of funk. Even for an overnight stay, I think I'll pay more for a different place if I'm in the area next time.
