Front desk great, breakfast soso. Room cleanliness,pretty dismal for amHilton. Guess they have gone down hill. Shower just bunked up.

I had blood stains ok the matress sheets. The balcony door had no locks and they had it with duck tape. Than balcony was dirty

I enjoyed my stay, but for this to be a hilton i expected more the property was beautiful and the staff was kind but i would expected valet and bag carrier's overall I did enjoy my stay.

Everyone was very nice. Parking wasn't the greatest, I'd prefer to have valet. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Very nice infinity pool, nice rooftop restaurant. They were out of some of the menu items. The waiter was still amazing. Remembered us all by name. They do serve continental breakfast. Very clean and all staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I would have given more stars except for the issue I had every night using the EV charger. Every day there were non EV cars parked in the EV chargers and it seems like it is not enforced that those parkings are only to charge EV vehicles. Everytime I left and came back to charge i had to wait and have the front desk call the violators and wait 40 mins to an hour to be able to charge.

A very nice, clean, with large suits plus a full kitchen and convenient, also close to seashore in house2 hotel. Hotel Tru is not convenient, no coffee machine, or microwave in small rooms. The ocean views are partial, the pool and hottub are very small. 2 hotels in one property, totally different. The general manager assistant Maria is very supportive but by the book. I appreciate the full refund for cancelation Maria.

Very nice staff, clean hotel and rooms. Breakfast was decent, a bit of a mess on the weekends with all the people but otherwise good food and friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Close to beach, nice property

I liked the fact that it's close to the beach, but didn't like that they charge the customers for the parking lot per day.

AC was stuck on 75 degrees on second day. The shower door didn't close all the way, so water went all over bathroom floor, the floor was sticky throughout the bedroom area, and the free breakfast wasn't really edible (overcooked sausage, old dry eggs, limited choices). However the hotel was quiet and staff were polite. Overall, a bit average for a building with Hilton in its name.

Nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. Staff and service are excellent, and rooms are modern and spacious. Food and drink prices are ridiculously high (particularly at the rooftop bar), but the free breakfast was excellent daily. The location is also great - steps to the beach and there are a handful of restaurants within walking distance. There’s also a handy free shuttle service (circuit) that will pick you up and drop you off anywhere in town - which is good if you want to go across the bridge to Publix or the handful of other restaurants/bars in the area.

The shower doors have mold buildup on them. The public area and elevators need cleaning. Same dirt from the early afternoon was still there in the morning. Hand soap sent is refreshing but the bath soap is too fragrant for anyone with allergies.

The Tru by Hilton Pompano Beach hotel is great, the location is great the rooftop lounge was beautiful. The pool is lovely! The employees were all very nice and attentive. We enjoyed our stay.

The location of this hotel was perfect! Friendly staff and clean rooms. The only negative thing for was the breakfast was not that great and a few lights in my room did not work.
