This place looks like a frat party has been going on since day one. The building didn"t look old it was just stained and smelly. As soon as I walked in it smelled like BO and feet. The front desk staff was dismissive but not rude. Towels must be a luxury or on short supply in California because they were super dtingy with them. Went to the front desk to ask for just one. They said they didn't have any at the moment but it would be delivered to the room. That towel never materialized. Im ashamed to say I had to borrow a towel from the pool area but felt better when I saw another guest doing the same. Why is parking extra? The building is on a shared lot with other businesses. There are signs specifying to which business but its not like parking is scarce. Its my opinion they charge because its near a military base and get associated clientele who probably get their expenses paid. I never had to worry about staying at a Hampton inn but ill start paying more attention now. Looks like HI is headed the way of Best Western plus. Used to be great but greed and penny pinching lead to its demise. I could go on but just know this place is below average.

Damage car

Stay in for one day of a night and it was amazing. The parking was easy and the front desk greeted us with a good personality. They offer free coffee, tea and hot cocoa for convenience of our stay. Our designated rooms were clean, beautiful and comfortable. I was able to sleep well at night with no interruptions. In the next day, we were given a free breakfast as our complimentary stay and were greeted by the staff and other guests who stay at the hotel.

Great clean hotel with a free coffee bar and breakfast. Would for sure stay here again.

Horrible experience. Service was very poor, staff was not attentive at all. The place smelled like cigarettes, staff was never at the front desk, service request never got completed. For this to be a newer place I was extremely disappointed.

Amazing property spacious room quiet

Room was suitable. Bathroom excellent. There were unexpected charges for parking. Desk staff was curt. Breakfast was good.

Very good place to rest

We’ve stayed at this hotel on three different occasions now and every single time the staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond, especially the kitchen staff. They are friendly and make sure all our needs are met during breakfast. The common areas are very clean as well as the rooms. This has become our go-to hotel when visiting this area.

Property was very clean, staff was very friendly. Room was nice, bathroom setup was excellent.

They were helpful at checkin, but I felt the room was overpriced. View was terrible and I've slept in more comfortable beds, but the breakfast offered several options. For those interested, they had a large tv and a couch. Free uncovered parking was all around the building.

We stayed here due to a burial at the national cemetery the next day. We came in exhausted and emotional with children. The property is beautiful and a convenient location. Check in was quick and efficient however we were not expecting to have to pay for parking. The building and grounds were clean. The parking lot was well lit. The room was fantastic. Clean, good sized, comfortable beds, safe and accessible shower, etc. our only complaint at this hotel was the pillows. I’m pretty sure they were just folded blankets inside pillow cases. The pool was amazing and the kids loved swimming in a heated pool when it was 52 degrees out. We used the laundry facility also and had no problems. The staff was helpful when we had a question. Breakfast was beautiful and delicious! The staff did an amazing job keeping everything clean and fresh. We would absolutely stay here again if we needed to be in the area.

Cheap construction with hollow floors. Brand new but it will be garbage shortly. What a shame, lost opportunity.

For the most part Clean. Other than a few spots on the floor. That probably only I noticed because Im a clean freak so. It was really Quiet. Breakfast was good.

The room was nicely updated, but the body wash, shampoo and conditioner were all empty. There were very few towels, which was a minor thing and they corrected it quickly. In general it is a fine hotel to stay at.

For the most part, the property was in great shape. They are very clean and housekeeping is extraordinary when they clean upon request.
