Wonderful stay at Point A Dublin!!
Exceeded my expectations!

Greta hotel spotless well
Located smallish rooms

Sadly the check in let the hotel down. After calling on the day to confirm my booking I was told the room was ready and check in any time. When I arrived at check in I was told yes the room is ready but there is a 15 euro charge. I explained the situation multiple times and was met with indifference and it soured the whole start of my ‘customer experience’. The stay was fine after dealing with other staff

Very clean and modern hotel in a convenient area of the city.

The staff on reception were excellent! They were very accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. The location of the hotel was pefect for a toursit weekend away.
Having more than one double plug socket in our room would have made the stay a little easier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
2.5
It’s a convenient hotel with good quality rooms

Nice hotel - very center and near all. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Molly was the best as well as the other staff - very informative and fast assistance to any inquiry.also the Great customer service and hotel
is very nice and clean and rates are affordable.

Super clean and (newly?) renovated hotel with a good location to move by walking. Breakfast offers cereal, fruit and different kind of pastries. Coffee/tea and juice available.
We really enjoyed our time here. For 2 people the room is a bit small but we only sleep there so it’s not that big of a deal. We also didn’t have suitcases, only small bags so that’s why we were able to fit quite nicely. I would go here again!

The location of the property is very good. Checkin was smooth, receptionist at the check in was very good and polite. One at the checkout, was asking all white guests if they would like to order a cab or keep their luggage in cloak room except me being British indian and another black guy. I felt it bad.🙄

Excellent location. Great price

Better than expected, nice staff and good lobby and restaurant areas, there rooms was very small and if you needed to work you had to go to the lobby
2.5
Central location, very courteous and helpful staff, clean room and comfy bed. It was surprisingly quiet in the upper floors even with busy street and pubs nearby. Would be happy to return on our next trip to Dublin.

This place is GREAT! The room was super modern and compact but had so many handy conveniences. The space was ideal for 1 person but could be managed fine with 2 people. The staff was super friendly at check in and breakfast. Common area is very inviting and spacious for a modern hotel. Would recommend! And go to the Celt - great Irish/trad bar that has a bit more space than others!

Enjoyed my stay

Super friendly staff, location was easy to all touristy/city center sites, rooms were clean, if a bit small.

Had been awake for 24 hours and arrived early and sat in lobby until I couldn't keep my eyes open and broke down and paid the 15 euros to check in early. Only place that ever charged me. All other hotels allowed me to check in due to early arrival. Hospitable Flexibility? No. Expensive? Yes. I was stopped on my way to the restroom and told that the breakfast buffet was for guests only. I replied, "ok, I'm on my way to use the toilet but, thanks for the heads up."

Beautiful hotel however very hard to sleep due to hearing everything outside.

Lovely staff! Treated us perfectly. In the end, it can't make up for a room that's not up to par. If sold as a single, sure, but a small double bed 50 cm from a glass door to the bathroom, with perhaps 1 cm between the door and door frame on all sides, is just not suitable for two people. Not enough floor space to open one bag. Very different from the photos presented for the category on the website.

Very cramped... not a lot of room.

Great hotel. Excellent service and attention from staff. Included breakfast was a plus. Great Location just around the corner from Connell st, and 15 min walk to Trinity College, Temple bar

I’m always a little leery booking boutique, budget-friendly hotels but this one was a very pleasant surprise. The reception staff was beyond friendly and check-in was a breeze. The room was small but thoughtfully-designed to make the most of the area. I had everything I needed and more (like color-changing mood lighting) and Dove personal care products. After a long day of travel with my toddler, it was glorious to shower and smell lovely.
Speaking of my toddler, a crib was placed in our room prior to arrival so my little one could sleep safely.
The lobby bar and restaurant was a cozy-yet-refined spot to grab a beer while I planned the next day’s adventure.
The location is also perfect in that it’s close to pubs and restaurants as well as an Aldi and Tesco for snacks and fresh fruit.
I wish I was staying in Dublin longer so I could enjoy the hotel a bit more but I will definitely book here on my next trip.

Suuuper nice staff, great location, very clean & modern. Room could've been slightly bigger (there was no space for a suitcase) but otherwise 10/10! Nice breakfast too, got a to-go bag when leaving early for a bus tour.

Overall really good. Only compliant was the pillows were really thin/flat. Hotel is close walking distance to popular attractions such as The Temple Bar, Trinty College, and Edinburgh Castle to name a few.
2.5
Small room but perfect for our needs, room was clean, comfortable beds and lovely shower room. Very centrally situated. Friendly and attentive staff, both in reception and in the bar area. Would definitely recommend

Hotel was perfect for a short stay before our cruise. Spent a lot of time walking Dublin and the location was excellent. They provide an amazing breakfast in a lovely dining room. Staff were friendly and professional. The room itself was small, but had the essentials. Was a little noisy per the street life and seagulls (!), but felt reasonably insulated from it all.

Family trip. Room was shockingly small. Clean hotel. Safe area with plenty of shopping, but room wasn't what I was expecting size wise.

Great hotel, good location and very friendly staff.

This hotel was well located and had the best staff. Breakfast was very nice.

Lovely room, excellent breakfast. Loved that they served breakfast much later than the usual 9am. Nice lobby meant for relaxing or a drink. Good location.

Disappointing. Room was located in the basement. No view. Constant noise until 2am (chairs being moved around). Definitely not worth the money.
2.5
Very comfortable beds, the hotel offered everything that was needed including continental breakfast, we only needed a place to sleep and clean up because we spent all day out touring the lovely city of Dublin
2.5
Enjoyed our stay room was small but we also expected it to be. Service was excellent! Love that you can walk to all the sites in the city. Great place.

Great price. Convenient location. The staff was great, especially the staff in the pub! The rooms are as small as everyone says so can be a little uncomfortable. My only real issue was the street noise. Between the trolley and the late night partyers, Parnell St. can be loud late into the night. I was on the 2nd floor facing Parnell.

Our check in was great, and the staff was very courteous and friendly, especially Louiza. The room was extremely basic for the price we paid. We were in the “dungeon” basement, didn’t have racks on which to place our suitcases, no remote for the TV, no top sheet (typical in Europe, I’m learning), and light switches that, although very high tech, were extremely annoying. You need your eyeglasses to figure out how to turn on the lights, and then it’s all or none. I got up before my wife and had to turn on all the lights in the room just so I could use the bathroom. Ridiculous. Breakfast was ok, but not great.

Great location and quiet. Beds small but comfortable. Good spot to walk or catch hop on bus or bus pickup go to Jonnie Fox pub show. Staff helpful. Clean. Modern.

Really enjoyed breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location.
