Great location & close to the train station. Family mart right next door. Laundry onsite but NOT in the room. Dryer does take over an hour and with multiple people using it, it can be a wait. Staff was super helpful.

Great location near Sensoji temple and restaurants. Property is very clean and spacious. Staff are very friendly. Next to subways also. Across from the hotel is a small local but great restaurant which opens 24 hours. The hotel is next to Farmart and across from 7-Eleven. Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Tokyo.

Stayed at this place for a week with my family of five, which included children from 7 to 2 years old. Place was spacious, and very clean. Loved that this property was close to trains stations and local high lights. Would recommend and would come back again.

Staff was very helpful for recommendations, navigation help, and translations from Japanese to English. Easy walk to Asakusa and perfect for early morning visit to Senso-Ji Temple visit to beat the crowds. Asakusa station is right across the street (door A5) to jump on the metro train. Foodmart is right next door for any quick snacks or drinks. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Communication via email even before check-in was consistently prompt and helpful. Check-in was smooth and front desk staff was very accommodating and answered our questions clearly and confidently, especially Keoghan. The room was big and very clean. Amenities are impeccable -- complete kitchen paraphernalia with dining table, toilet bidet system, shower stall, closet with lots of hangers, there's even a shoe horn. Towels were replaced every day and room was cleaned on the 4th day. Family Mart was just right next door, Matsuya just across and open 24/7. The subway stations are just steps away. Many restaurants are walking distance. Of course, Mise Street and Sensoji temple are close by. There's a laundry room on the 2nd floor, you don't have to put laundry detergent since the washer is auto-filled with it. Just need to put (4) 100 yen coins and the washer starts. For the dryer, put a 100 yen coin for every 30 minutes of drying time. When we return to Japan, will book Mimaru again.

Comfortable and clean accommodations. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to main transit lines, Ginza and Asakusa. Friendly and professional staff. We had a very wonderful 6 night stay.

Our family of 4 stayed at Mimaru Tokyo Asakusa Station in May 2024 and it was a great experience. The room was a comfortable size, my kids (11 & 13) loved having their own space with the bunk beds, and having the seating area was great for when we wanted a low key morning eating breakfast in our room. The rooftop terrace had great views too of the Sumida-gawa, Tokyo SkyTree, the Asahi buildings, and the surrounding areas too. This particular Mimaru is a little more out of the way, in terms of being on a Metro line (Ginza & Asakusa lines are very close), but not a JR line. It added a little extra travel time when we went somewhere, but not a whole lot and we were so close to Sensoji without being in the middle of all the chaos. The staff was super kind and helpful as well, offering various amenities if we needed them. I'd definitely stay here again & is a great option for a family with kids as hotel rooms in Japan with beds for 4 is a bit tricky. Mimaru is a great choice. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The hotel was cozy and very clean. The front desk staff were all very friendly. I requested to switch to a room that doesn’t face the main road as my mum is a light sleeper and they promptly attended to my request. Very near to Asakusa station and Sensoji. Highly recommend!

We stayed 2 weeks with a family of 3 (one 6 year old child) and there is not one bad thing I can say about this place. Everything from the quality, cleanliness, in room amenities (glasses, pots, pans, fridge, stove, etc) and size of the accommodations, to the staff to the location was excellent. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly (shout out to Sophie, she was awesome). Location Tip: There is a great grocery store in the basement of the Asakusa station that has an amazing selection of fresh fish and sushi. I note it here because we didn’t find it until the last couple of days of our trip and I wish we had found it sooner.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mimaru Hotel Asakusa Station. The apartment style room was a perfect fit for our family needs. The staff were friendly and attentive. Location cannot be beat with multiple train stations within short walking distance. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Great Location

Hotel is in a great location. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Metro station right at the corner. The rooms and facilities were very clean. Nice size rooms. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Shiva the manager and Christie at the front desk. Thank you for holding our luggage for us while we visited Kyoto for a few days. Also, very appreciative that you let us keep one of our rooms for a late check out. This allowed my elderly mom to rest until it was time to head to the airport. Great hotel and location and the staff really makes this hotel amazing!

Very nice location for public transportation and viewing spots. Large room space make stays better and more cozy. Multi-language front desk employees are very friendly for visitors.

Great location and super friendly and helpful staff but the rooms are overpriced for what you get. Nowhere to store any baggage or clothes which, when the room is designed for 4 people, is a little unrealistic. And all looking a bit tired.

We loved our room with the small kitchenette - very handy. We didn't love laundry facilities, the dryers took forever.

Great staff and location.

Pros: - Spacious, clean, well-equipped, comfortable room - Plenty of shopping and F&B choices around - Friendly and helpful staff - Do try out the eatery across the road opposite the main entrance of the apartment. Food was really tasty and very affordable. Opens 5am - 2am. Cons: - There is only 1 lift, and it may take quite abit of wait for the lift to arrive, especially in the morning when most residents are heading out for the day. - The laundry machines are quite dirty (heavily used), perhaps can consider bringing your laundry to nearby laundromat instead.

A great hotel in a great location. So much to see and do within a short stroll. Great restaurants nearby. Super easy access to the subway. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful!
