Second time staying here. Definitely staying again in future. Clean, beautiful decor with excellent amenities. Only downside during this trip was the power outage for many hours into the late evening. An explaination from the front desk was not provided other than "we know" and "we have no idea when it will be back on". This is my only reason for giving a good vs exceptional review. From a managerial view, apologizing and explaining to guest what is happening with a positive message puts the hotel guests at ease. It became very uncomfortable in our room with no AC, no TV and no lights. Outside of this, our stay was great.

Very clean; however, we didn’t have electricity the majority of our stay (no lights, no air, no wifi, unable to charge phones/tablets). They ran the generator for the elevators & upstairs bar. It would have been nice if they ran it for air-conditioning & wifi instead.

Very nice hotel. My family and I initially was supposed to stay at a Massanutten resort but rooms were old and outdated. We booked our stay late at night but check in was quick and easy. My family and I felt comfortable.

This is our second time staying in this hotel and we’ve had nothing but a great experience. Cleanliness, dog friendly but you don’t even know. Our pups love it. The area around this hotel has the perfect amount of places to eat, drink, shop, snack - you name it!

Great check in process. Staff was helpful. Rooftop dining was a nice experience after a long day on the road.

Everything was lovely. Breakfast closes at 9 am which seems early. They were taking away things while people were still in line!

The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfasts provided a good variety. The bar and patio with a fire pit were very relaxing with an enjoyable ambiance. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed at the Hyatt for a long weekend with my family and our dog. The hotel was very clean and modern. The pool and fitness center were well maintained and clean. Breakfast had several options - eggs, bacon/sausage, breakfast potatoes, yogurts with options for extra toppings, cereals, fruits, coffee and tea. My kids enjoyed having a different option each day between french toast sticks, pancakes, and waffles. There was several outdoor seating options and cabanas so we could enjoy eating outside with our dog as well. There was a really nice fire pit to use in the evenings too. The room had a nice layout with a king sized bed and a pullout sofa bed. The bathroom as well was updated. The rooftop bar had a nice view but not very "kid friendly" dining options. The main hotel bar had some good burgers and fries that held us over the first night but the area has several dining options. The staff were all very professional and friendly. Overall a great stay.

Few things - When registering - The biggest "Offense" - there was no complimentary water. I asked and then it turned out that I was charged $3.00 per bottle. Noteworhty - The registering clerk had to reboot his computer twice to get the process done. Hyatt IT has a problem. The Muzac over the lobby speakers is REALLY BAD and loud. Who picks this stuff? I'm from an older generation and found it really distracting at breakfast. For your own good - I suggest quiet. The Menu in the upstairs restaurant was borderline weird. It was incomprehensible. We are open to cuisine of all kinds - but we couldn't even order a simple light dinner without a dictionary. We decided to go out in town. Finally - the atmosphere - the guests were not friendly/happy. You can't control that. But noteworthy. The room/bed/bathroom was all first class.
