very clean, attentive staff, well located

We had a nice stay in the hotel. However, the reception was always one person and needed to wait to be served all the time. Also, we have chosen to pay the accommodation fee on the day we arrive, but they took the money one month before without our permission.

The entire hotel was uncomfortably hot and the AC was set by default to a hot and humid temperature.

Convenient location that close to all type of public transportation. Room are nice for the price we pay

Exactly what we needed for the walkable access to bus transportation. Modern clean room. Reasonable priced breakfast buffet.

Hotel in general was very good, well located for transport to any part of Bilbao and the airport. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and well appointed with a fridge, safe, tv and complementary toiletries as well as a few hangers and further storage space. Breakfast was pleasant with a hot selection of bacon, egg and sausages and cold meats and cheeses as well as juices, pastries, bread and fruit. Coffee was okay. Hot water and various tea bags were available. Lifts got very busy around breakfast time - be aware if you are wanting to leave quickly to use particular transport. I had an issue with the air-conditioning leaking through the lights and dripping to the floor. I highlighted this and efforts were made to repair it though cleaning afterwards had to be requested twice. This only resolved the issue for a couple of hours and the leaking through the electrics began again. On this occasion I was told that maintenance were unavailable and when explained that I did not feel comfortable to stay in the room or not use the lights or aircon (38 degrees forecast later this week and was hot in the room) I was initially told that no other room was available. I was disappointed to have to raise my frustration at any suggestion that my young daughter and I should simply have to accept such an obvious fire hazard but having vocally done so found that another room suddenly became available, which we were moved to. A shame that this obvious service own goal let down the hotel overall.

Sad receptionist. Ineffective check in. 2 employees doing the same check in. I order one doble bed room with views to the city and I got to beds and wrong room. The signs to the hotel brought us to the hotel parking , which we have to pay 15,5 EUR for.( no one told us about this at the time of booking). No mini bar and no bottle of water in our rooms (we had two rooms)

The underground parking and the excellent position for public transport are a plus

We had a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel that was conveniently located within walking distance from the city center and nearby all public transport. The hotel was situated in a peaceful area, a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The only thing we would advise is to check if there is a football game scheduled at the stadium nearby before booking, as it can get quite busy and noisy during those times. Although we had booked the breakfast option, the selection and variety were limited. Additionally, when certain items ran out, it took a while for them to be replenished.

We stayed 5 days in this property. It was nice and clean. We walked everywhere on foot, toured entire Bilbao.

A difficult check in but really appreciated their efforts to be completely plastic free. bottled water with lemon available at reception was great

This place had rather good reviews, and I decided to give it a try. Finding a place was already a quest as there are apparently two hotels with almost the same name in the area… check in took forever (you need to sign multiple electronic docs and the system was just super slow). But the worst part was when I asked the front desk to give me corkscrew for my wine that I planned to open later that day, the lady in a very rude form told me I need to stand there, open the bottle there (I was still with my luggage and haven’t even got to my room…) and immediately return the corkscrew to her. This was really bad…I think someone there needs a retraining on hospitality… The room was ok. Clean. Nothing special.

Pretty decent hotel, but really just a place to sleep. Room was smaller than I expected and there are much in amenities other than the restaurant/bar area from what I could see.

Nice hotel in good position next to the bus station

Very clean and spacious rooms. Great location next to the stadium and walking distance to downtown. Is you drive, you’ll have to use public parking overnight and the hotel does not validate parking.

Overall great experience. Bedding comfort can slightly be improved but otherwise very good experience

Our stay was great. Staff were nice. Hotel was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Centrally located. There were only a couple of issues. 1. there is no visible sign anywhere indicating where the hotel is. I drove around the block 3 times and could not see it. The only sign is directly over the front door, which is not visible unless you are standing in front. We found public parking, and had to search on foot. 2) the coffee pot in our room was broken and the lid fell off every time we tried to boil water.

Very convenient being next to the bus station. Room clean, bed and sheets comfortable, wifi strong, and even breakfast was good.

Easy to get to from airport with a direct piblic bus. Hotel is new so very clean and tidy. I found the beds very uncomfortable and the room layout annoying. With a too shallow sink and towels and mirrors outside the bathroom in the room next to the bed. It is very annoying to go and have a shower and then find that the towels are outside. I doubt the CEO has stayed in this hotel.For the price I thought it was expensive considering it is on the other side of town to most of the sights and old town.There is a metro which gets you there fast but by the time you have queued up for the ticket machine etc you may as well have walked which is about 30 mins.There are a few nods to sustainability with the toiletries being in cardboard and just the one bottle of all purpose 'wash' in the shower. The room felt soulless and dare I say it a bit cell like.The oddest choice of all is an enormous lcd screen in reception playing a huge nausea inducing wave film along the entire wall of reception.Surely this is a bit of a miss ecologically.Style over substance here. You can do better.

The hotel is very nice. Brand new inside and beautiful rooms, very good design overall. The staff has very friendly and we had a great check in and out experience. Sadly the hotel is positioned right above some exhaust pipes for some kitchens and therefore it’s almost impossible to open the window of the room. The room was very clean overall however there were quite at few hairs and dust around.

OK once you get there but the parking beneath the Bilbao Intermodal Station is confusing at least how you can get to the hotel's reception area given you have no hotel room key to activate the door to get to the hotel's elevators...better explanation of that would be helpful. Parking overnight ~ $15 euros. Checking in took way too long, make sure you have passport w/you

Great stay. It would be great if the hotel served basque food on the menu to try some of the nations food.

Overall the hotel was very good, Clean and modern. Hotel is in a good location, 15-20 min walk to main tourist attractions. Might have been nice to get a discount on the parking under the hotel.

Great location cool hotel and excellent value for money

No service after12:00am. We have a medical condition by food poisoning and we don’t get service to clean the room.
