In need of a bit of TLC - pods need curtains. Ceiling and pod lights too bright and need to be on timers. A few simple and relatively cheap upgrades and it woud be an easy 5*

Excellent hostel particularly the price and right in the centre!

The place was centrally located, very well managed and kept. The double room was smallish, but with a private bathrooom enough. It was spotless and clean as all the other facilities. The common rooms were great and the staff brilliant

Need’s curtains in double rooms also quiet time needs enforcing was work by noise at 11.30 and didn’t stop until 2am. Door of shower didn’t shut properly

Lovely place

Amazing hotel with access being controlled through the app, extremely clean, superb location right across the castle. Very comfortable & cozy. Also the receptionist - Rowan - went above & beyond during my whole stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. The dormitory was surprisingly quiet given that 12 people were sleeping. Friendly and quiet guests and helpful staff.

The hostel is close to the city center and has a very reasonable cost for such a good location. The room was quite warm and quite noisy with the window open but for a central location you can expect that. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Swansea.

I arrived easily and learnt to use the locks quickly. It was so warm and safe I couldn’t stay awake for the film night on whole wall screen projection-but caught all the morning sky high sun in the kitchen where the staff had stored my rice already cooked in the big fridge. So new inside the building, no discomfort and practical for all technology needs. Suits a mood for either hiding in a long pod bed or moving around loads and spotting sun rises and sea gulls with lots of luggage space. Reception were intelligent, patient and alert helping when I mis booked and refunding me that night! Had a great meal in Mat’s Cafe Swansea afterwards I was so refreshed and went home. Thank you
