Great stay! Very close to the train station. Beautiful bar and rooms.

It was a nice but small room near the train station in Zurich. It was a safe area. The room had a lot of electronic features that were nice but not could have been better described. In particular it was hard to figure out how to raise the outer window blinds and how to turn off the room lights.

Great central location, walking distance to just about everything. Room is clean but bath and sink area are separately located and ridiculous small. No phone in room and NO WAY to call staff. You call main line on website and they ask you to leave an email. You have to walk down to bar for anything you want to ask or need. Staff is great and very helpful. Bed is very uncomfortably hard. AC control is not user friendly and had to keep window open as was always too hot, and this was October. Overall would not stay here again you don’t get what you pay for other than convenience of location.

Loved our room! It was spacious and clean. We had dinner in the restaurant/bar downstairs which was very nice and food was good.

Incredible location to access Zurich, and ld town, financial district, lake. The checkin staff was as nice as we’ve ever seen and made our stay wonderful! The waitress in the bar (Irene?) was also great and friendly. Thank you all!!!

Decent hotel with spacious rooms. The bar area is open 24hrs. The food can be better though.

Fantastic property, fantastic location. Very walkable and close to all we wanted to do. Very short walk to central train station. Movie viewing room was a nice touch!

A great place to stay, clean and spacious. It was with easy walking distance to all the attractions we needed. Staff members were friendly and helpful all the time. Easy self check in. Highly recommend it!

Great location, a bit chaotic at check in, room was small but adequate great for a landing pad for the day if arrival or departure.

Not cheap, not crazy expensive but great value for the stay. Only reason would choose not to return is the beds and pillows were super uncomfortable which led to poor sleeps - not up to scratch.

Was only in town for one night but had a great stay. We arrived very early, and our room was not available yet, but the friendly receptionist stored our bags and provided us with great advice on exploring the area. Room had amazing view. It's quite dated but almost in a nostalgic way. No complaints from us. Had a great dinner in the restaurant as well. Would highly recommend

The sheets are not clean. The comforter is damp and the AC smell a bit.

The Ruby Mimi has a great location and a very cute place to stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable. I wish the view would have been something other than the parking lot. The bar was a nice place to sit and relax. I would stay here again if I ever get back to Zurich.

We had a great stay here

Everything was amazing. The view of the water/city was beautiful from our loft room with Balcony on the 5th floor. The balcony itself is a little hard because you must climb out the very high window/door - probably a 2 foot climb in and out, can be difficult without a step. The AC was nice but we did need a tutorial from the front desk, make sure to ask about it during check in (you check in to hotel at the Bar/Lobby) because you can’t call the front desk to ask bc there is no phone in the room like we are used to in the USA. There is no coffee maker or small fridge/microwave, but there is coffee and a nice bar downstairs. These aren’t complaints bc it’s a very nice place, clean and nice staff, just stating facts about the room. The bed was very comfortable. The train station is a 5 minute walk and it is basically a mall, with shops and food. You will have an abundance of choices! Also, if you opt out of daily maid service, they give you a voucher for complimentary drinks (alcohol or non alcoholic) from thd bar, anything on drink menu up to 25 CHF. It’s a great hotel with everything you need just out the lobby doors.

We didn’t like the room. Space is limited. Hard to move around. I almost ripped the wall TV because I lose balanced trying to avoid it.

This hotel was the quietest European hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Overall, very nice.

The hotel is very nice and clean, though it lacks some amenities like a coffee machine and water boiler. The air conditioning could be stronger, but this seems typical for Zurich. On the plus side, the location is excellent, with shops, restaurants, and train stations all within easy walking distance.
