They have two hot tubs with jets which is so nice, instead of just one. The room was set up to accommodate 4 people but it was just my mom and I there. We had plenty of space (king bed and twin bunk bed set up) So glad they had a fridge and an area to hang out/eat if needed. Walkable to anywhere nearby, everything we wanted wasn't more than a 5 min drive. The one critique is the mattresses were a bit rough.

Super friendly person at check in. The size of the room was nice. It has some nice surprises like a humidifier and an electric kettle for tea/coffee. The linens were decent. The floor felt...sticky? I kept my socks on while walking around and they were very discolored when I took them off. Thankfully, the shower and sink as well as the bedding seemed fine. It's a decent place to stay but the cleaning could use some attention to detail.

We loved everything about our stay …other than having the room that backs up to the kitchen. The staff was so friendly and responsive when we asked about the noises. Check-in was a breeze and the room very clean. Would stay again and just request a room further towards the back, especially if you have kids who go to bed earlier!

Spacious room. Nice room amenities. Shower had the PERFECT pressure. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The bed was a bit hard and a comfy kinda chair woulda been nice but overall a great place to stay. Loved the convenience of the restaurant too!

Great central place to stay in Winter Park. We had 4 in a room, kind of tight...but as long as you are with people you are comfortable with, great efficiency. Would stay again.

I’d say this is an elevated Motel with a modern paint job and some modern cheap furnature. Night stands had burn (?) marks, phone was missing buttone, wires hanging out of the wall, among other things. It totally gets the job done. Beds are comfortable and the room was clean enough but keep expectations low. This is a modern motel with a fancy name.

We didn’t get too stay long. We were delayed getting there and we were just staying one night. The staff left our key for us because we got there so late. That process was fine. Place was adorable and the kids loved the bunkbeds. Clean. Large bed mattress was not as comfortable as the bunkbeds.

Gravity Haus has an amazing property and staff is fantastic. Centrally located in Winter Park. Comfortable rooms but WiFi very spotty laggy and TV/cable hard to load programs.
The attached restaurant/bar/coffee lobby area is an awesome setup. Would stay here again for sure!

Good location and helpful staff. Liked the bar/restaurant/ check in area. Comfy bed, but nightstands were pretty beat up. No closet or dresser for clothing.

Pros Great location, walkable to restaurants shops There was a restaurant on site. The hotel room was very modern and extremely clean bed was comfortable.
Cons check in was inside a restaurant/bar and the person that checked us in was very busy at the bar which I thought was unusual and when you check out you go back into the restaurant/bar never had to do that before it wasn’t like they had a lobby to the hotel and it was hard to find after dark for the first time because we did not know it was attached to a restaurant taco restaurant. Winter Park is a nice town.
Would stay again now that I know about the check in at this hotel
Parking was not easy at hotel do to a music fest in town and people parked at the hotel/restaurant
Had to wait for cars to clear out before we could park, would stay again now I know how the hotel is set up because the room was very nice

I liked the room itself. The check in person and attending staff was mid, not very friendly or welcoming, but not altogether rude. It was a shame that there was no room on the bottom floor for me. I was traveling alone and had to drag my luggage upstairs. Nice hot tub and the room was stocked with goodies. I really appreciated that.

Room is moderately clean and well maintained, although vacuum cleaning and painting on some furniture in the room would be appropriate.
For breakfast it was not included in the daily rate and it was necessary to use bars in the surrounding area as the hotel bar was closed in the morning. Very well located and close to everything with good musical attractions at night Great food options close to the hotel.

This was very easy and convenient for us. It’s a bit noisy outside at night, but not bad. We had everything we needed for our one night.

The room, staff and location were all perfect. Enjoying a drink by the fire and playing some games was a nice addition at the end of the evening. A guest found a lost dog and the staff went out of their way to find the owner and were even willing to take it home for the night to keep him safe. Definitely would stay here again.

All around great experience! The staff was so friendly and welcoming! Jack the manager, Mindy, the cook and the girl who was in the restaurant/bar early every morning were all so willing to help and always with a smile! They all went above and beyond! Mindy even helped us find the most beautiful walking path my husband and I have ever been on! So grateful to all the staff!

New and clean, minimal neighbor noise. Bed was comfortable. While the shower had great pressure and flow, the shower floor was slick and no grab bars or shower mat. I was shocked that there was a charge for using cash !!! to buy a coffee. Good value for the room, safe place, on the highway. Over all I was put off by Winter Park itself and its unabashed grasping for money with few interesting experiences and mediocre food.

This is an old motel that has been transformed with some trendy furniture. The lobby and outdoor chill area are great. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was fantastic (except it closes at 10). We did not have hot water during our stay. Also you hear lots of noise from the road out front.

Fun hotel with a great restaurant, bar, and outdoor area. Room was perfect for families. Very nicely workout area and hot tubs. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely go again.
