It’s uphill comparing to the other places in the center but so accessible for parking just Nextdoor though. And also Estacion de zabalburu is 5 minutes walk which is faster & easier to connect to the Intermodal bus station for the airport bus which you need not wait under the rain by the bus stop. And the fresh products buffet is AMAZING, not to mention all the smiley helping staff. No cattle in the room but coffee tea by the bar 24/24 next to the counter.

A really good value option, just outside the edge of the central areas (Abando particularly, with Casco Viejo also a short walk away). The hotel is clean, well appointed. Not luxury but excellent value for money with friendly, helpful staff.

Very nice, modern hotel, friendly staff. Great breakfasts. City center in the walking distance. The only minor things I don’t like was an old cotton bud lying on the floor next to the sofa in my room. Secondly, green tea offered during breakfast should be pure green – the only option there was one with some flavor.

Really nice hotel. Clean and tidy and good location for city centre. Area surrounding hotel a little run down but didn't feel unsafe. Staff really helpful.

While the hotel isnt central it is only a short safe walk from bilbao centre. Its location makes it a quiet place. The hotel room was small but other than that its a great clean, modern hotel with everything you need and plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet. I would stay here again and would recommend 9/10

It is located on the line between a bad area and a good area. I went to a bad area - San Francisco without knowing it and I felt really uncomfortable. If you go there you will understand why. So if you stay here go to Indautxu instead - opposite way - very nice area to go to the centre.

This property is excellent and is perfect for a long weekend (maybe longer) to Bilbao! There was nothing more the hotel could have done, staff were excellent and polite too. I was travelling with my boyfriend but would have found the area around the hotel sketchy or intimidating if on my own or travelling with a group of girls.

I was expecting a typical chain hotel, basic fixtures and fittings, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Check in process was pleasant, the room design was nice and made good use of space (just be wary of the central unobscured shower, if travelling with others). The place was well soundproofed, I was there the night Athletico won the cup and I barely heard a thing.

Great hotel in Bilbao. Room was spacious, clean, quiet and dark. Bathroom was comfortable with good and spacious shower.

Very clean hotel! Just like new. They have coffee and croissants for purchase if you don’t want to add breakfast which was very nice. Excellent gym with everything you could need. Walking distance to the city center and right next to the neighborhood famous for bright colors!

Very nice hotel, not far from the centre. The staff is very friendly and helpful; my room was quite big and extremely clean.
The room was a bit dark and I didn’t really like the shower was not located in a separate area like the toilet but pretty visible from the bedroom area.
If you share the room with someone else it is not ideal.
A part from that, my staying was very enjoyable and I would recommend the hotel.

Overall this property worked out great. The rooms are clean and have the needed amenities. The gym was a nice perk as well. The only small issue was the bathroom sink backed up. Other than that I would recommend staying here and would stay here again.

A really clean, modern hotel with excellent facilities. Our family room was spacious with an extra room for the children. Breakfast was delicious with loads of choice. Brilliant value for money.

This is the second time I've stayed here. When I got to my room after the long flight to Spain, I had a little hand written note card addressed to me welcoming me with a bunch of sweets! I never got anything like that at the Hilton or Hyatt in the States. Reception people are so friendly and accommodating. Room was spotlessly clean. Conveniently located near shopping, dining options and the train station.

I so enjoyed my stay here the reception staff made me feel so welcome and were very helpful during my stay. I so appreciated the fact i could pair my phone to the TV and watch my Netflix. Breakfast was very good. It's such a long time since i enjoyed 2 nights in a hotel.
