The motel was fine for a quick stop. The rooms were cozy, but that meant you could hear the neighbors too. The parking is very tight.

the clerk was very pleasant, even got me key before check in time( promising not to try to get in before an hour.
the towels were very small and super thin, you could see the light through it, there were no Kleenex, had to use toilet paper .
office didn't open until 8 AM so couldn't get " to go breakfast' since I left at 7

My husband & I stayed here for a weekend trip to see a concert at The Gorge.
The room was large and looked like it had been recently renovated. The bed was fairly comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The location was central to everything we needed, which was very convenient. Everyone we dealt with were awesome - super friendly and very helpful.
*Fyi, there is a shuttle from Wenatchee right to The Gorge. Highly recommended!

For the price it was exactly what you’d expect. Clean, staff was great, and nothing unexpectedly inconvenient. Great place for a weekend stay for work or whatever. I didn’t expect the Bellagio. It’s perfectly fine.

clean but a bit old. quiet and no crackheads. ocassional late 80s model chevy pickup blasting mexican polka. town is pretty dead. decent spot for a layover.

Well lit parking lot, safe area. Very quiet at night. Staff was absolutely welcoming and friendly. I don’t know if the front desk man is the owner or an hourly employee but if he’s hourly, I hope he’s compensated appropriately. Very nice man.
Hotel is close to all kinds of food and shops. Great for walking to dinner after spending all day in a car.

Not in a likeable area. No drinking water. No hair dryer. No tissue or towel holder/hanger. Smells like a smoking room although it says No Smoking. Doesn’t reply to text messages.

We were attracted by the price. Hotel is older than it looks in the pictures. Breakfast was prewrapped pastry and a piece of fruit so don't expect a full breakfast.

The room was clean, well air conditioned, and nicely decorated. We had ample space for our family of 5. Unfortunately, we were disappointed that the pool wasn't clean and the breakfast was next to none. Many of the items that were advertised as being options were not available.

John (the guy behind the front desk)was so wonderful, he made the trip really special and made us feel like family. The hotel was very basic, but it was clean, well maintained, the room was cold even thought it was 101 degrees outside. But the staff was the best part. Will definitely be back.

The property is aging. It is also on the main street through town. There was some street noise.
The room was clean. I just needed one night and they had availability. Compared to other properties in town, the rate was one of the lowest.

It was 103 degrees and the air conditioning did not work well to cool the room. The manager was very courteous and gave us a free stay the next time we were in the Wenatchee, WA area.

I was surprised to see hair in the bathroom and the floor was very dirty.

Honestly i was disappointed with my stay here. Im 29 weeks pregnant and the smell was terrible, smelled like cigarettes outside our room. People just smoke right outside their door. I came with my 4 kids and the pool was just dirty. The most disappointing thing was that the air conditioner sucked, was not able to cool our room at all. All night me and my kids were tossing and turning due to how hot it was in there. Breakfast was nasty. My kids did not like the orange juice and the little muffins were so dry. Only good thing i can say is the beds were alright. Towels were so small , perfect for my 2 year old.

All in all met our expectations for what we paid. Only actual knock on the place is that the soap holder in the shower was installed upside down, so the only place to put the soap was on the shower floor.

Floor was so dirty it made our feet black. If it were a little clean, it would have been much better. Sheets felt/looked clean.

It felt unsafe. Its not a INN. Its downtown motel. Because of its open layout (all rooms have outside entry), safety is minimal. In the night we felt someone was trying check if the room was open to enter the room. It was a little bit scary. Rooms were like motel quality, dirty. Nothing looked clean.
