It is definitely not a luxury hotel in any way, but for the price compared to other options around the city it was totally fine, and it's 45 min metro to Times Square a short walk away. Lots of food options around also.

I did not know this hotel was part refuge and part hotel. Seeing the army at the lobby made me feel safe but then again worried. Thankfully it was only for a few hours because I don’t think I could’ve stayed more than a few hours. The room was clean. Bed super comfy. But I still felt a bit weird in there. Description should state what the hotel is and the pictures should be updated. I wouldn’t stay here again but not a terrible choice for a quick few hour stay for others.

Shattered windows, several sleeping in entry, lying about stolen towels, hole in the floor and we only stayed hours! Never stay here!

Room was dirty. Custom service was bad. My room did not have a refrigerator or a phone to call front desk. Receptionist was sleeping. The air conditioner was not working well and the room just gave bad energy.

Security was very nice.

I walked in and the building seemed like it was under construction there were 6 men in the lobby 3 in military uniform and 3 in security guard uniform. And there was no one at the makeshift front desk . I did not spend the night at there nor did i get my money back. Whoever is writing the reviews for here must have been paid.

Doesn't look anything like the pictures. Staff was nice and friendly, but floor board were creeping up.

Mostly clean but some sheets were stained and some had a hair or two. The phone was dirty and still said Red Roof Inn. I asked the lobby for water and ice and they directed me to the second floor where the water machine was broken but the ice machine worked. TVs and A/Cs worked. Shower had a confusing faucet. Soaps were tiny and no toothpaste provided. Overall not bad given the cheap price.

Pleas don’t even think about staying here. It was the worst place I ever stayed or even witnessed.

Good transportation around, with minutes walk to subway and bus. Many authentic Chinese restaurants options. Poor cleanses, not clean bed sheets and annoying unknown bugs. My son was badly bited by them. We will not consider this hotel anymore

Window was broken, looked like it had been shot with pellets and the holes were covered with packing tape. We left quickly and didn’t spend the night.

I felt very safe with the guardss outfront. The beds were comfortable enough and the pricing was fair. Really enjoyed all the food options and shopping options.

Hotel is a 2 star hotel for a short stop over. Cost was reseasonable.

During our five-day stay here, we found the accommodations satisfactory. The bed was comfortable and clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom, equipped with a hairdryer, was decent. However, it's worth noting that there were no toiletries provided, such as soap or shampoo. Additionally, there was no complimentary water available in the room or at the reception, although there were functioning refrigerator and microwave facilities. We were required to provide a $100 deposit upon check-in, but had no issues receiving it back at the end of our stay. For the surroundings, we often returned to the hotel between midnight and 2 am from the subway and felt safe. There were people around, and they seemed to be minding their own business. We even noticed police officers outside the hotel on one occasion, but they were there for vigilance purposes, which added to our sense of security. In general, considering its price point, the area feels safe and clean. It's a convenient option for daily trips to Manhattan, with a subway fare of only $3 and a 45-minute commute.
