Nice and quiet

It's a great place to stay. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I liked the cleanliness the most. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

The pool was small, the room was not very big either, but the staff were super friendly! The washer dryer were of good size, and the gym looked amazing!

There was only 1 roll of TP in the bathroom and when the bed was scooted out there was crust. The door by the bathroom had dirt where they didn’t clean

This hotel provided my family with an excellent accommodation for our needs. The property is well cared for with a professional staff who sought to please the guests.

The pillows, though there were plenty were extremely uncomfortable!!!

Although our room was not ready at check in time we were given another room to accommodate us without the wait.

The design of the room was not good. There is a sliding door that slides across the bathroom and the closet but it doesn't close well. When you close it in order to use the bathroom in privacy, you sit on the toilet and look up and the door has bounced back open. Awful design. Also, all of the scents escape from the bathroom because the door doesn't really close. In addition, all of the appliances in the room were unplugged. We had to get on the floor to plug up the microwave, clock radio, and keurig. The plugs were behind the dresser. The cooked food was "blah", no flavor and barely done. I've had better food at other Hampton Inns

The young gentleman (Andrew?) that checked me in and out was very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic but not intrusive. He is one of few people who seems to be committed to serving others well and who genuinely enjoys it and likes people. The breakfast included some hot items beyond the common continental breakfast and the staff frequently monitored it to make sure it didn’t run out and to keep the area clean and orderly. The building looks new and modern and they have popcorn, fruit, and coffee, cocoa and tea available in the lobby 24 hours. The surrounding common area has many small and well appointed intimate areas to sit and visit with others or work. Most importantly is the freshened and modern guest rooms with a small refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. There is a wall thermostat to keep the temperature regulated to your ideal setting and two layered window shades, one of which is a blackout shade to keep the room dark while sleeping. It is very close to many restaurants, a large grocery store, and to gas stations. A major highway is a short drive away for easy access for travel. I loved this place!

We hage stayed many times over the past 2yrs. There was no hot water. Front desk said it was being worked on. Still next day no hot water. Person in room next to use had alarm clock going off starting at 6am and buzzing ever 20 minutes. Told front desk and still continued. Place was dirty hall ways needed vacuumed. Not a pleasant stay at all.

Property was infested with bed bugs. Brought to staff’s attention they seems unsurprised by the mention of it. Manager was kind and polite, however followed through on nothing.

Their network was down and they could not make key cards so they had to escort you upstairs to let you in your room anytime you went in and out. They said it had been down for two days. Also, whoever stayed above me must’ve had kids playing jumping and stomping until about 4 o’clock in the morning so we got no sleep.

Front desk attendant was extremely professional and friendly. The lobby was clean woth a wonderful fragrance.

A/C was broken

The hotel had issues with their network making the checkin process long with people lined up. They did their best but it seems that this has been happening lately so the company needs to address that problem. Later that evening after being out, none of our key cards worked so i went down to the front desk but no body was there. After 5 minutes or so someone arrived and provided us new cards. Other than these 2 issues our stay was great. Room was clean, food at breakfast was good, anytime i did need to get assistance they were very friendly and helpful. Had it not been for the two issues i mentioned earlier i would give them 5 stars.

This Hampton seems as though the owners are cutting corners to save money at the customers expense. Overall my my 4 night stay was ok… but, I reported a shorting desk lamp on my first morning. The young lady at the desk took & repeated back the info & said it would be taken care of. It was still a strobe light when I left even with a verbal reminder to another staff member. The breakfast attendants wouldn’t restock coffees or hot food until after they had sat empty for a while. This occurred daily. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The area was nice, quiet and safe. Walking distance to numerous eateries.
