In town for medical procedure. The hotel was clean and easy to navigate on walker. The staff was great!

No towels…. I returned all of my used towels and none of them were replaced. I later went to the front desk to ask for more and I was told that there was not any more available.

The desk clerk was not overly friendly, but she was dealing with a disgruntled customer before me. I know the place is pet friendly but the room reeked with a terrible dog smell. The bathroom faucet was loose. It was ok. But not the greatest.

The room was gorgeous and the first two days the staff was amazing..However when you walk in the gorgeous room, it smell so strong of dog, i literally wanted to puke and wasted over half of my perfume to get the smell out which it did the trick until you left out and came back in...Also had dog hair on the floor as well. Our last night stay, we couldnt get toilet paper, trash bags, or towels. So I had to wait until this morning to clean up.

All the staff we encountered were lovely and helpful, despite having a full house during our stay. Our room was clean and spacious, and housekeeping visited us even on our first night.

We first walked in the room we noticed an odor from the room, but couldn’t figure out what it was. Kids wanted to go to the pool, so we headed straight there. The pool was pretty cold. As soon as my kids got out of the pool they were slipping everywhere. The tile around the pool was EXTREMLY slick. My wife is 27 weeks pregnant and I told her to absolutely not walk across that tile because it would be way too dangerous. I slipped going to get towels for her to walk across to get out of the pool area. When we got back to the room we needed to take a shower and again the tub slick! My son slipped as soon as he got in the tub and hit his head. I again had to put a towel down for them not to slip. My son was on the floor looking for his ball and he found animal poop behind the tv! The smell then made sense. I called front desk they said we could switch, but since the youngest was asleep so we told them for them to know to clean it. They ended up charging us the pet fee of $75! Unbelievable

Conveniently located, great staff, overall a good place to crash for a night or two. Breakfast options were good. Staff was very responsive to requests and helpful. Could do better with cleaning, the rooms had a stench, although hallways were maintained and sprayed with air freshener.

Our stay for the weekend for was great. Smooth check in and out. Hotel was very clean smelled good throughout the entire hotel. Quiet was a plus also!

The Bad: Mandatory $100 hold for incidentals? Who needs this in a bustling area. Premium TV lineup was not available. Parking feels like someone used Feng Shui. It’s not enough near the entrance. Lots of VIP parking takes up those spaces. The Good Modern hotel. Beautiful amenities. I had a cute studio. Bed was pretty but sleep comfort was just ok squeezing 2 people in a full size bed. I’ve stayed here twice now. I Ike the hotel.

I had the 2 queen suite with living room and full kitchen. It was spacious and very clean. Anything I needed was right there. The staff were all friendly and polite. I stayed two nights and it was always so quiet. I have stayed other places where I could hear the other guests through the walls or stomping around above. None of that here, the building is well insulated. It was the perfect place to study for the exams I was in town to take. The location was also right off Lakeland so it was easy to navigate to the places I needed to go. I highly recommend the Staybridge.

The room was clean and very nice, staff very friendly. The only thing they should add is additional help in the kitchen on the weekends, i felt so bad for the nice lady working, she needed help , but she was still very professional and didnt complain.

Really ejoyed my stay. Hotel was nice & clean and close to everything.

Wonderful property. Very modern and clean. I had a studio with a kitchenette. Perfect for extended visits. The parking lot is ample but most parking is on SIDES of the property. However, the property is well lit. I will stay here again.

Everything was great but the internet only worked half of the time. My co-worker, who had the exact same room but two floors down, had no trouble at all.

Staff was awesome and very welcoming. Our room was super clean, and the location is perfect. The only complaint is that the pool had to be closed due to high chlorine levels. Other than that, we definitely enjoyed our stay and will stay again!!!

The bed was fairly comfortable and it was super convenient to the hospital.
