reasonably priced, clean, well stocked w/ towels/dishes/ect

The check in time was to bad, they not give us the room on the time specified for the check in on the reservation I has to claim for the room at front desk to get it on time,the main reason to stay in this place was an event that we need to attend on area one hour after the check in time and the room wasn’t ready.

We stayed at this property 3rd time, it is great value, very convenient location (walking distance to supermarket and restaurants, one block to the beach). Pool was not as clean as I would like. Also I had a problem with WiFi connection, it did not require a password, and I was getting a warning that network was open and not secured. Despite assurance from the management, I did not feel comfortable using it for work or banking.

Room had 2 full size beds… reasonably cozy and comfortable… a small table and chairs for 2… and a refrigerator and microwave, plus 2-burner hot plate; small cabinet with dishes, glasses, silverware, and a small coffee maker. Adequate for 2 people. BUT- only one sink (in bathroom) making dishes difficult to wash and dry. Plenty of towels and Roku TV made our stay quite good.

The room was clean and comfortable. Park on the side of the building, parking in front can lead to trouble backing out onto a busier street. The heated pool was a huge bonus! The downfalls-not much soundproofing- we could hear our neighbors. The water temperature in the shower was a bit finicky and the showerhead could have been installed higher, but we would stay here again.

Good value for location. Clean and well-equipped.

Pros 1. Perfect location, across thé street from thé beach 2. Quiet 3. Laundry on site 4. Pool 5. Good online communication (minus the glitch where I had to call to get the door code, as opposed to getting it 24 before) 6. Parking available on the property, ne er a problem. 7. One of the cheapest choices for the period and the location. Cons 1. Furniture. Particularly bad were the bed frame, pillows and mattress. Woke up every morning with the body aching. 2. Two coffee bags at the beginning of the stay, not willing to provide more. 3. Towels were old and showing their age. All in all, a great choice of you are interested only in location by the beach and basic amenities.

Beautiful, romantic setting around the pool area. Loved the swinging chairs. Clean spacious room. Short walk to beach. Excellent service!

My room faced the garbage bins and catwalk. The beds are thin mattresses on springs. Nothing like the pictures. Brian was as helpful as he could be, but all management is offsite and difficult to get

I enjoyed this location, convenience, layout, friendliness all wonderful. I especially enjoyed having the patio set by each unit, offering privacy or grouping flexibility. This made for a comfortable atmosphere. The decorating is very warm and welcoming. I loved the bedding and wall decor. It is impossible to make it dark in the room for sleeping, which takes some adjusting. It would help if the small kitchen window could be covered at night. The pillows are terrible. They are flat and pointless. I heard more than one person say so. I advised rolling up linens inside the pillowcase. Still not a good feel. The water pressure is pretty low, hard to rinse out hair products. Also, the slow water settings are inconvenient when it comes to the refilling of the toilet tank between uses. All in all, I enjoyed the place and would gladly return! I am sure my companion feels the same! Thanks, np

My stay at the property will be my last. The beds were uncomfortable, the wifi kept going in and out and the fact that there was no frony desk on the property was a problem for me.

What I didn't like is that there was a hurricane going right up thru the center of Florida and I was coming down from Alabama. My only way of getting there was to drive thru the center of Florida, and that is where the HURRICANE WAS!!!. I was NOT going to put me and my family in harms way!! When I called Expedia, the lady on the phone said she had to call the property owner. She got back on the phone with me and told me the property owner was not giving refunds because they were opened. Well they may have been opened but they didn't care how others were going to have to get there. Not everyone going there were in a NO HURRICANE ZONE!! I'm still waiting for my Credit Card company to get back to me, they already issued me a refund, we're just waiting to hear back from Sea Steps by Lowkll.

Check in code was wrong. Took about an hour to figure out the correct code. Kind of a sketchy place too.
