Great staff - hip room layout may not be accessible for older guests (bed up against walls requires climbing over to get in!). Flatware at breakfast buffet not always clean.

September 19, 2024. First trip to Ireland so we were unaware of some of the accommodations in this country that are standard in America. Husband/wife/ teenage son. We had a king bed and a single pullout which took up the entire room. This room would be perfect for just a couple. Our son is small so the pull-out bed was ok for him but it would likely be too small for anyone over the age of 10. Overall the room was great. Very clean. It’s basically a studio apartment that was furnished with al the kitchen necessities you would need. There was also AC which was wonderful and another standard American amenity that we didn’t know would not be the case in the other hotels we booked this trip. Location was great. We walked all over Dublin and didn’t need to drive anywhere. Things that would have made it better would be a top sheet for the bed and thinner blanket or comforter as the AC would only go so low. Wash cloths in the bathroom would have been a plus as we do not use the plastic poofs or loofas that most people do I suppose and the shower only had gel bodywash. Parking was also not convenient as the car park was a few blocks away and the parking was additional. Overall very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend for anyone needing a longer term stay than one night.

We were very pleased with our visit to the StayCity Apart Hotel, Tivoli, Dublin. We had done the on line pre check in, which was easy. The staff at the desk was very accommodating and let us in our room a bit early. We had just arrived in Dublin after an overnight flight from the U.S. Consequently, we really appreciated the kindness of the staff. Our room and bath as well as the kitchenette were very clean. Our bed was very comfortable. The overall vibe of the hotel is fresh and trendy. The breakfast option can be pre-booked or you can pay at point of service. We found the breakfast selection very good. The hotel is also within walking distance of many attractions. The only down side was our original room was booked to another before our arrival. We were then booked into another room which was fine with the exception that it had a handicapped bathroom which meant 60% of the shower space was occupied by a handicap shower chair. We were informed of the handicap shower chair before we went to the room. However, we had not realized how much of an obstacle the shower chair would create for us, for a handicapped person the bathroom was well done. I recommend this hotel if your planning a trip to Dublin.

I was not expecting it to be as nice as it was. It was really relaxed and lovely and so well located with everything we needed within walking distance and also, reasonably priced compared to a lot of hotels in Dublin.

Our family stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with 2 single pullout couch. We weren't planning on being at the room much during the day as we had a lot of sightseeing planned. However we all got colds and ended up spending more time than we wanted there. It was small but if you're out and about, it's fine. The pullout beds were not the worst I've slept in. I actually slept pretty well. Our room was at the end of the hall and we never heard any other guests through the walls. The location was good, especially if buying a visitor's bus card. Local buses will get you everywhere you need in minutes if you aren't looking to walk your entire stay. The front staff ordered us a taxi for an early morning flight the night prior and taxi was on time. Otherwise, we didn't use any hotel services.

Very nice staff and gave us early check in which was wonderful. The room was comfortable but a bit tight for three. Parking down the street was $14 Euro so that was easy. Good location for exploring Dublin

An incredible value for an ideal location! Just stayed 3 nights with my husband while we are on a 2 week anniversary trip threw Ireland and Scotland. Would 100% stay again!

Great stay at a very reasonable price considering the cost of other hotels in the area while the Coldplay concerts were on. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, nice atmosphere in the bar and public area. Hotel room has everything you need and was very clean. Definitely recommend 👍

Our stay was just perfect. We were over from London for a couple of nights visiting family.
The 24 hour reception was a real boon. This place has all the benefits of self catering AND of a hotel.

Great location for being directly adjacent and walking distance to all the activity but still quiet. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly with all of our questions and needs. The room itself was fairly basic but enough room to fit all three of us and give us what we needed.

Had full kitchen (soap,scrubber and dish towel provided). The frying pan was non stick and appeared brand new. Pull out beds were easy and comfortable. Bathroom modern and comparable to US sized shower stall. Bar sized fridge. About 15-20m walk to Trinity college. Felt safe but gentle were not out past 9-10pm! Laundry was easy. Tap to pay via CC.

The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful and accommodating. I dealt with several of them to ask questions about the city, restaurant recommendations or cabs. Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient. The facility is clean and well kept. All of that was great. I didn't love the area. It's not in the middle of things, which can be a plus, but is an easy walk to the Temple Bar area, Trinity College etc. It's a little dirty and there weren't a ton of great food options nearby. My biggest complaint is the size of the room. There were three of us so we had two twin beds and a pull out. It was tight without the pullout out but once that was open, moving around was a challenge. There wasn't a lot of room for luggage and even opening the door to the bathroom was difficult. We had to move the small dining table into the corner and stack the chairs to make space for the pull out. It's definitely not a room that you want to spend a ton of time in as it's cramped. Of course, we were out and about most of the day but it would have been nice to have a bit more space when we got back to the room.

Stayed here for 9 nights. The property is in a great location in the Liberties. Walking distance to Guinness Storehouse, Christ Church and Dames St. The hotel offers a breakfast and room service. There is also a cute cafe nearby and a few pubs. Rooms are clean with a fully stocked kitchenette. Bathrooms are tiny but clean. I would stay here again.

Overall, the property was great, quite central to restaurants, sites, etc. The rooms could have been cleaned a bit better, the floors were sticky and most unpleasant of all was one of the towels given to us had an obvious stain. For some reason, our room on the 2nd floor was quite humid which added to the discomfort and mildewy smell. Despite the slight hiccups, I recommend would this hotel.

Well located, 10 min walk from the core of Dublin city where most attractions are. The convenience of an aparthotel, where one can prepare a quick meal or breakfast, but with the possibility to enjoy the hotel's continental breakfast. Comfy room and beds, very clean, quiet. Couldn't expect better for my stay in Dublin

The hotel was perfectly located with access to transportation, stores and restaurants. It was nice having laundry facilities available. The rooms were clean and nicely stocked. The hotel huge. The one glitch was getting the type of rooms we booked. We requested 4 king rooms but 2 of them ended up being 2 twins. We were able to trade one room but they told us they didn’t have another one to trade. We would stay again

The property and staff were great. The pictures of the rooms are deceiving, and the room I booked was very tight for 3 adults, but the next day I was able to upgrade to a larger room which was so much better. The staff were so friendly and very accommodating. Fairly centrally located, very safe area and very quiet.

First the good: very clean, front staff were friendly and professional and very helpful. Location was great for walking to lots of attractions and grocery stores
The Medium: the rooms are tiny and the kitchen area is almost unworkable. A 7” wide sink? But everything works and we had enough dishes and pots and pans etc. Pillows were flat….
Not great: parking is a few blocks away and we usually worried we wouldn’t find a spot. There is no storage in the room except a few hangars. Not one drawer so you will Literally be living out of your suitcase! As is often the case in Europe there are no outlets in the bathroom so you have to dry your hair at the little dining table and cannot see a mirror from where the outlets are so that was very awkward to do my hair
The second to last night was so loud, between Taylor Swift concert goers, a huge pride festival, and sports fans, the nose all night long kept us up. I understand hotel staff tried to find the offenders but it did not help.. We left one day early and the manager Lani said she would refund the last night since we were leaving early. I had to get up extremely early for a flight Tuesday and if the noise level was going to be as bad again there is no way I would be able to wake up on time.
