Hi! It was a good hotel but I need to mention that the listing mentioned that there is a pool and we booked for two adult and a baby. It is true but the pool is prohibited to children... In our case, we specifically looked for a hotel with a pool so to know that information once we got there, we felt like we paid more to have a hotel with a pool and ended up not being able to enjoy it. I Think you need to and in the description that the pool is allowing children.

Beautiful and super clean hotel. Our suit was very clean and specious. With kitchenette. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony. Staff are super kind. Friendly and helpful. I just wish they had an outdoor pool. Everything else was fantastic. 15 min from city center. Took Uber for €5.87. Each way. Loved being little away from the crazy loud rush. Worked for my family.

Expedia needs to update the website. It has a pool but that is only accesible to 16 and is part of the spa so there is a cost. I would not have booked this hotel if i had known that. This is a great location for adults but for children I would find a proper pool.

Hotel seems relatively new. Just a few negatives:
1. Location: far from the center. Minimum 15 minutes car ride depending on where you are going
2. Breakfast is 35 euros per person and not great. We stayed at much fancier hotel and breakfast was 20/25 euros per person and 10 times better
3. Service in general takes too long and not efficient

This seems like a fairly new hotel. It smells so good inside everything is clean and beautiful. The restaurant bar was nice. (which, as a solo traveler is important for me!) I was only here for one night, but it was very nice and although it was rainy season and the outdoor area was closed, they have a nice new area coming soon and also a rooftop area that will be awesome.

Staff is very nice, welcoming and helpful. As well as concierge. Good location especially when you attend a conference. Very nice spa space. But we could not use the swimming pool due to broken ladder.

Aircon was a bit complicated.
No bath in bathroom - k’only in suites’ but advertising implies bathtub in bathroom. Rooofbar closed due to ? inclement weather. Feeling of restriction and property was attempting to extract more money by asking me to book direct in future. I won’t be going back. I am in a much better hotel now in Lisbon with everything inclusive.

Excellent upscale hotel next to conference enter. Tram and buses stop right in front. Walkable to restaurant and belem.
First rate staff. They were very helpful when my friend became ll during the night and needed help.They called a taxi and spoke with the driver o give directions.

This is the best hotel when we travelled in spain and portugal. We stayed in different hyatt and this hotel is the best. If you go to lisbon you have to book this hotel and enjoy the stay. I don’t have words to write more than this and garuntee you you never going to disappoint.

When booking, the pictures of the room that I booked showed view of the water and bridge. However, we got a room facing the other side with a big open concrete space and graffiti.

Pros: clean and new rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful facility
Cons: 1. restaurant food very overpriced (seems to be a trend with Hyatt). 2. Dinner menu choices limited, nothing local and of mediocre quality. 3. Location not great for a tourist. Far from selection of restaurants and city center/other attractions.

The Hyatt Regency in Lisbon was excellent. The rooms were impeccable and were extremely comfortable. The staff were polite and especially the bellboy Mustafa was so helpful.

Great hotel for families but the pool is 15Euros/person over 16 and needs a 5Euro swim cap. Other than that, our stay was perfect. The staff was amazing and super helpful. Would stay here again!
