Everything was great. If I should say one thing that needs improvement, that would be breakfast.

Hotel is in a very nice location and the rooms are very nice. BUT, service was mediocre, both at the reception and the breakfast service (grumpy young lady... but the young tall guy jnstead was always nice and smiling!!). Breakfast is OK, diversified, but the vegetables are old (!!!), and over 3 days of breakfast, I had always saw the same old veggies provided again and again hoping for someone to get them... The TV in the room was once working once not, go figure... The hotel states also as a service "airport shuttle", i.e., a free of charge service, right? - well no! Do not make any mistake, they simply call a taxi that costs you even more than if you had called it yourself! BTW, airport to city or vice versa has a minimum price of €25 in case you did not know it.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They even prepared breakfast boxes for us since we had to leave before the buffet opened. Our room was comfortable and was a comfortable size for the location and price.

The hotel is great, but in the specific room we got air conditioner is set to blow directly to the bed, which makes it impossible to use when sleeping. If outside temperature would not have been declining (allowing to keep the window open) it would have been impossible to sleep either due to heat or due to aircon

Great hotel to stay at for my first visit to Thessaloniki. There's quite a few bars and restaurants nearby so plenty of choice (unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed during my stay). It's within walking distance to most tourist sites like the White Tower and Thessaloniki seafront.
Breakfast was okay, not much choice and the croissants weren't very nice (tasted burnt) which is my favourite thing to have for breakfast.
The Executive room was modern, spacious and the bathroom was lovely. Really liked the modern tech in the room but the curtains took some getting used to (they open every time you come into the room).
The staff I spoke to were friendly, polite and helpful. They sorted out a taxi to the airport for me along with a takeaway breakfast which I'm most grateful for. The guy working reception when I checked out also gave me tips for Athens which was great too.
Will recommend this place to friends and family if they ever visit Thessaloniki. Hoping to visit the city again and will consider staying here again.

The hotel is very modern, clean, rooms come with breakfast. The location is just one block off the harbor but I would say it was about 20% cheaper than similar hotels with water view. The hotel is very centrally located. Breakfast was plenty and if checkout is before the restaurant opens, they will provide a breakfast box. The hotel also arranges for airport transfer. You will have to pay for it but it is nice to arrive and not have to figure out how to get to the hotel. The location is central with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. There are also many shops within a 5 minute walk of the hotel.

Wonderful hotel , very modern. Just 1 1/12 blocks from water. We were able to walk to most sites in the area. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Loved this hotel! I booked the penthouse sweet and it was gorgeous! Large and clean, with lots of updated controls for the room, the ac was perfect and there was controls for opening and closing the curtains. The bathroom was massive and so chic, with a smart mirror. I loved it. It had a large soaking bathtub and a waterfall shower
There was a large closet with tons of space, a safe, robes, slippers - it was great!
Also had a large balcony with a view of the sea!
Breakfast was included and had a great selection
The restaurant also had really great food too
The hotel is i n a super convenient and walkable location
They will call taxi for you too at your request and also hold your luggage until your room is ready!

I liked the garden and seating setting they created in the front. They had 24 hour staff.
I didn’t like that they didn’t have an iron and when I enquired about one the gentleman at the front was rude and very short with me. I had been traveling for two weeks and and a laundry service would have been helpful.

Modern sleek boutique hotel steps from the water and close to white tower . Spacious room and bathroom. Very central walking distance to many restaurants and shopping streets. Friendly staff.

The rooms are very modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all amenities. The staff was very nice and helpful. Hearty breakfast included with a wide variety of items. We will definitely stay there again when we will visit Thessaloniki in the future.

We arrived late evening and was warmly greeted with a very nice gentleman with a nice smile. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. You can't go wrong staying here, and of course it's a few steps away from the seafront.
