Staff has been incredible but property really needs some serious maintenance. First room we stayed had leaky AC and noisy fan with moulds everywhere, broken lock on main door, very dirty linen including bathmatt. Staff changed the room next day and offered complimentry breakfast. Second room we went in had aircon good enough to keep room cool even running at 16°. Overall it had convenient beach access and staff was very helpful.

Sadly this was not the stay I expected. I was expecting a simple, clean hotel room. It was certainly not clean, no water and food was really not good. Ok to stay if you need somewhere cheap and know what to expect.

My daughter was booked to stay here for the beginning and end of her Uni volunteer trip. Her first experience was despite booking with Expedia - there was no room available (although others arrived later the same day and got a room?). She had to go elsewhere - unbelievably not as safe and area and dirty hotel. On her return this week - she got a room but it was filthy. Yesterday there was no water to flush the toilet or run a shower and the shower was full of long dark black hair ….. not hers. Overall - a really sad, hideous experience.

This hotel was perfectly fine for my needs, but those with higher standards might not like it. The beginnings of black mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, the shower door was broken (told maintenance about this and they scheduled it to be fixed), water pressure was abysmal (possibly not the hotel's fault), some fixtures were broken, and the glasses/cups/etc were dirty. Staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. Rooms are not serviced every day (again, fine with me but others may not like this). I was there for 8 nights and my room was serviced twice. The restaurant food was great, although a little pricey, as were the drinks. Cheaper to buy drinks down the road at the mini-mart. Worth noting that there is no elevator (my room was on the first floor) so people with mobility issues will struggle. For a developing country, and for the price of this hotel, I found it acceptable.

Hotel Bulabard is great, staff are lovely and the food is good. Chef Mohamed and his team make great breakfast. Front desk staff Joseph and Annette are extremely helpful. Driving staff will help you get from A to B with no fuss and offer additional information on travel ideas while you drive. Bedroom is secure and clean, no need to stay in the room with a beach out the front door. Loved my stay.

Was very noisy in the room due to extractor fan that was on until 1am, and neighbouring ac units on all night. Would be ok if there was maybe windows to block the noise but it only has wooden shutters.

Very good staff and service. The people here bend over backwards o make your stay as good as possible. Food was amazing. The condition of the building lets it down but we were only there to sleep. What we saved on accommodation allowed us to splash out on their amazing food and day trips. Staff were awsome

The property is tired and needs upgrading. Water pressure was poor in shower. Property needs money spent and needs a deep clean. The front of house staff, waiters &waitresses were accommodating and very hard working. Linen needs to be replaced. Thin, fraying holes in towels.

The staff at Hotel Bulabard were fantastic, they did their best to find the best tours, to make sure you were enjoying your stay and were there to help with any enquiry you had, from, Where can I buy Kava? Or where can I get a Chicken Parma? Don't expect the Ritz, if you're not going to pay for it. Be sure to meet Joseph, he is such a Honey :D

The staff was helpful and friendly, but the area around the hotel wasn’t that nice. It lies close to the beach and a supermarket, but the beach was quite dirty. The room wasn’t ready when we got there, and the lock didn’t work. However it is suitable if you have to stay one night in Nadi.

Good room for family and near to the beach, restraunts, supermarket Staff who changed our rubbish bin was great. Bad 1- no wifi in the room 2- they do have LCD tv but no channel so waste of space 3-sink was leaking 4- when we ask staff to sort out the Tv no one came 5- swimming pool water was very cold not recommended for kids

Rustic and clean, had 4 Queen suite and haven't slept that well in years! Amazing staff that helped with anything we asked!

The apartment was very nice and on its own. Peace and quiet. Beautiful stay with my fmly. Safe place.

The rooms are not as depicted in the photos online. I booked a deluxe room. I always booked with breakfast . No breakfast.i bought breakfast one morning .simple poached eggs on toast by the time i got it the eggs were cold they still expected me to pay . Took 20mins to get a coffee ..one coffee was served to me with chocolate and strawberry decorations I didn’t order this and I could have been allergic to Strawberry . The staff are very friendly but that is Fiji ..the hotel never again !!

Mele was awesome. My flight arrived super early and she did so much to accommodate me and make me feel welcome.

On arrival, I was told no room is available. I shown them confirmation and shifted to a Hostel for one night.

Worst hotel in Fiji!! 1. Check in- My room was “upgraded” and was asked to go to another hotel (5 minutes drive). I said I don’t want your upgrade but was told that this hotel is full! They also demanded 200 FJD in cash at the time of checkin, to which I said take my credit card details but they forced me to give them cash or no check in. 2. Room- The room was ok but really noisy in the night and I woke up many times by chatter outside. I think the glass windows are too thin so that you hear the smallest noise from outside. The doors in the shower cubicle wouldn’t close and there was no place to put shampoo in the cubicle (seemed broken). 3. Service - Expect no service. When I came back on the second day evening after my trip, I saw the room was not serviced. I called reception and was told that unless you ask at reception or push some button, service is not done. I was not given this information during check in at all. In any case I asked for room to be cleaned but no one came even after 2 hours. I went to the reception again and was told “sorry” and that it would be done soon. 4. AC leak - On 2nd day, AC started leaking and my bed was all wet. When I complained, I was told “Sorry but all rooms are full and they can’t do anything about it”. When I told them how am I supposed to sleep on the wet bed, they made the same excuse. Someone did come but I was made to wait outside and fight the mosquitoes while AC was being repaired til from 7 PM to 11 PM.

Room 119 adjacent to the kitchen it’s not good cramped place need to decide whether run the area as PUB or Accomdation
