The hotel is renovated and very comfortable. Beautiful and spacious room. Nice gym and pool area. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful and nice staff at the reception. The airport transfer was great and very fast. At check-out I was brought to the airport immediately. The only negative point was the service at the restaurant in the evening. I had booked a demi-pension with dinner and breakfast included. I got a voucher for the dinner saying “plat+dessert+cocktail”. At my arrival no one explained how the demi-pension works, I just got the menu for the food but not the beverages. When I asked for the cocktail, I was told that it’s not as it was written in the voucher but instead I have a limit of 35€ and I can order whatever I want. No problem, but maybe this should be specified at booking or at least on the arrival at the restaurant. Also the service was very slow and the food (I had a Caesar salad) was nothing special.

Had ADA room. Superb. Well designed. Restaurant was excellent. Great service and staff. Pool was outrageous. Larger than usual. All outdoor furniture and large soft towels. Just have more towels in guest room and extra roll toilet paper. Front desk staff were exceptional. Kudos.

Undoubtedly the nicest airport hotel I can remember staying in! Great design in lobby and rooms, and beautiful pool area too. Only complaints were that the room wasn’t fully clean (kept finding hairs everywhere and floor wasn’t super clean) and front desk service was spotty

We stayed at the Hilton Garden inn one night, in advance of flying out of Marseilles. The staff we encountered couldn't have been more accommodating and pleasant. The quality of the on-site restaurant was high - had a great omelet for lunch and a tasty beef filet for dinner. The room was comfortable and very clean. Our only negatives are really " nits": breakfast should be automatically included, since that's the basic assumption in Europe, and we did have trouble finding an outlet in the room for recharging our phones. Other than this, we could recommend this hotel for a stay by the Marseille airport.

It was an amazing stay took shuttle to airport and waited 5 minutes. Called for ride back (1/2 mile) and waited 30 so just walked back. 2 cabs there when I returned but everything else was terrific food pool room lobby all very nice

The shuttle service to the airport was convient. We stayed here our last night in France after a 3 week trip. We checked in, turned in our rental car, took the shuttle back to the hotel and then got the shuttle for an early morning flight. The restaurant was just what we needed serving quality food and wine. The room and especially the bed was comfortable. The amenity products are Crabtree and Evelyn. Mmmm soo good.

Same person that attends the front desk is the person that pick you up at the airport . We all didn’t fit on the van so half of my family stayed behind at the airport and had to wait there for about 45 minutes because they only had one person working and she had to attend the front desk and pick people up at the airport. Ridiculous. Also the AC wasn’t working properly. They need to update those rooms and have more staff working .

The property is fine . A short walk from the terminal . Unfortunately the TV in my room didn’t work , bit of a bind as I was traveling alone and had an early start . Otherwise good , bit expensive, but once you’re there , then you’re there .

Hotel is undergoing renovations. Lobby and common areas look great, and our renovated room was nice. Hallways are still old and grimy in some parts of the hotel, but hopefully finished soon.
Shuttle to airport runs every 20 minutes, reserve your spot in the morning if needed. Hotel was a bit understaffed during our stay.

When we entered our room it was uncomfortably warm and the air was completely still. We were advised by staff that the air conditioning had been turned off intentionally and would not be available until later in the season. They offered us a fan and then provided a pathetic excuse for a portable air conditioner. Realizing there was no way we would be able to sleep in that room, we went to a very comfortable Best Western. Hilton refused us a refund and only offered a different room. What good would that have done without sir conditioning?

The room only had one towel , the room didn’t have a key they had to Leto in , no hand soap , the toilet paper are about to run out and the TV didn’t work .
On the positive note starting with the shuttle driver the front desk receptionist the waitress at the restaurant the hotel have exceptional staff they were very helpful full in more ways than one after traveling the whole day .

Gorgeous hotel next to the airport. Delicious dining options. Great bar. Room is modern & elegant. Only downside, they sprung for a fancy electric kettle & i stant coffee. For the price I really would have liked a real coffee machine.
