I stay there 2 weeks a month its satisfying i get good service at a great price ive been staying there since August Its safe and covient.

Two nights were terrible. Couldn't not sleep, too much going on in the hotel. Walls are paper thin that we could hear everything inside the other rooms and out in the hallway. Not so clean, old and flat pullows and blow dryer/iron did not work. Would not stay there again.

Neighbors where throwing party all night and no one came by to tell them something

we did not get checked into our room till 5 PM. The lady at the front desk was very rude to us. I understand that they were very short staffed, but she could’ve been nicer. She kept cutting me off every time. I was trying to talk to her check-in was at 3 PM. We did not get our hotel room till 5 PM and we were late to our event.

Filthy hotel, doesn’t look anything like the website. Our room, especially the bathroom was disgusting looked like it Hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks. Buildup in the shower, in the sink and along the baseboards. There was only one set of towels for two People for a weekend. The towels had stains and felt like sand paper. When we asked for more they said they were out of hand towels. We asked for a late checkout someone knocked on the door then proceeded to enter with a key while we were in bed. The area it’s in is sketch at nighttime. Would not recommend.

The room was super clean, beds were pristine! Kitchen area of suite was spotless. Bathroom also super clean and water was hot!

If you are looking for fancy keep going. If you are looking for a good price and comfy bed then this is the place. I had a King Deluxe room and the room was huge with a kitchenette with pots, pans, utinsels and a couple of plates. They could have fit another bed in there. The amenities also include a blow dryer and iron. Theres no breakfast. The building is dated and Im guessing was a fancy extended stay hotel with kitchenettes at one time. I would stay again. It was half the price of a dumpy Motel 6 a few miles away. The Add Photo button wouldnt work for me. 😣

The term "You get what you pay for" really holds true with this hotel. We decided to stay at this hotel cause it was the cheapest hotel by a good margin, and we were only going to be in the hotel for a few hours to sleep.
We arrived at about midnight and found the parking lot with several people just hanging out in their cars. It just felt weird. I've stayed in many hotels for work and nothing like this.
As for the room, the room was okay. Like the other comments, the bed was very firm. The room smelled like someone smoked in it before, and they tried to clean it. The bottles of shampoo and conditioner looked old and used.

This is a really nice hotel with a very useful Kitchenette fully equipped with pots and pans, plates and silverware. The beds are comfortable and comfy. We love to stay her because it is a good deal for the price.

Home stay suite employees are the worst group of employees. And managers attitude wasn’t any better l would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through California. Very disappointed unprofessional especially with Jasmine and Diana. We travel a lot and l know good customer service. This place is not that, hated we crossed their paths. If they never been taught this ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING!!!!? Need to go back to training they even refused to allow me to talk to a supervisor. Had to get a refund and look for another hotel. If you check reviews beware of this hotel in Moreno Cali. BAD BUSINESS!!!

What a great room. So big and it had a kitchen though we couldn’t use it as we were just coming from Joshua Tree and needed to stop overnight on the way to San Diego.

it was nice in the rooms but mine smelt like old cigarettes when I walked in the first time . Lots of overfilled trash cans by the stairs .

I’ve stayed here numerous times. This time will probably be the last. If the WiFi is working then the TV is not. Service for the second time came into the room without knocking. Room service maybe but why the maintenance guy? I should had been told of any issues with the room ahead of time.

I expected a a decent room for the price. The towels was very poor quality and the pillows were hard and very bad old condition. Would never go back I’m sorry to say all this but they said that I got this room because I booked through a third party

Clean and recently refurbished rooms. Place still feels old, but they did a good job with what they had to work with. Very nice staff. Easy recommendation for the price.
