Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet 👌 Die Lage ist super. Insgesamt zu empfehlen.

Die Dusche ist veraltet (hängt in der Wand und lässt sich nicht abnehmen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr alt. Wände sehr dünn und man hört die Nachbarn von oben, die gefüllt ganzen Tag ab 06:00 morgen rumspringen. Der Gastgeber hat alles mögliche für Dämmung gemacht. Ich schätze, daran ist nichts zu machen. Vor dem Haus wohnen ein paar Obdachlose, die gelegentlich ins Haus gelangen.

Quiet location just off Hollywood Blvd so excellent for sight-seeing. Within walking distance of the Hollywood Bowl , metro, etc. Apartment quite spacious, well-provided with towels, toiletries, etc. We didn't feel the need to contact the hosts but they checked via text several times that all was well.

On our arrival (in darkness) the lockbox was difficult to locate and turned out to be empty. We had to wait for another resident to let us in the gate and main door. Once inside the building we got into the apartment easily - and found the outside key was in there! Plenty of hangers but there were no drawers for storing small items of clothing etc. out of sight.

The studio was lovely furnished and perfect for a couple like us, with all the essentials, from a small fully furnished kitchen to a bathroom with toiletries included. We loved the location, just minutes away from Hollywood Boulevard and not too far from amenities such as a shopping centre and a supermarket. Khalifa was very welcoming, knowledgeable, always checked up on us and was able to answer all our questions. We were also left a gift in celebration of our honeymoon. Would definitely recommend!

The only thing is that we didn't find baking trays to use the oven, but it wasn't much of an issue as the rest was great!

The property is roughly 1 block from Hollywood Blvd. Which is where we were headed; 2 to 3 blocks from ElCapitan Theatre and about 4 block from Pantages theartre where we saw Six. The musical. The property is comfortable, decorated nicely. Around the corner from Carol Burnettes childhood home...

Cabinets in kitchen did not open easily... quite a few homeless in the whole Hollywood area. Hard to see people in that condition, but that is a city issue not a property issue.

It was great to have a little apartment like this. This was very tidy, nicely appointed, lots of little extra touches. Khalifa was very communicative. Previous reviews mentioned noise, but it was no worse than any normal apartment - occasional upstairs walking etc.

One of the benefits of the apartment is its central location. This also counts against it, as Hollywood Bvd can be very sketchy at times. As long as you know that going in, you'll love staying here.

Parking is rarely available on the street. Public Parking garage right across the street, but it gets pricey, as there are no in and out privileges. Only heating we found was a small free standing unit. it takes quite a while to heat the space. Toilet ran the whole time, but we informed the owner, so he could fix it.
