Agree with previous review - not fair to compare it to other Vrbos. A bedroom, kitchen area and bathroom. It's probably all you need if you're coming to Florida. Let's be honest, who's going to stay in their room anyway!? Full-size fridge, double hotplate, blender. Owner was responsive and seemed pleasant (I didn't have much contact). Chips and bottles of cold water were a nice touch ;-) Exterior combination lock holds a physical key (don't ask me how long it took me to figure that out!) Cozy.

Very nice folks to deal with! I hope we get a chance to revisit and stay here! One issue I want them to be aware of - after the heavy rains (Saturday), water began to come up between the planks of flooring. We sopped it up, but it could become an issue if not taken care of

Keep in mind that, unlike most other VRBO offerings, this is an area of a house, not an entire house rental. It is a single car garage that has been tastefully converted into which should be compared to a hotel room. Comparing it to other.VRBO whole house rentals would be unfair. As hotel rooms go, this wasn’t bad. It’s off the beaten path, but I needed a place that was close to Tarpon Springs and New Port Ritchey. While Holiday doesn’t have much in it, it is centrally located. You’ll be driving to whatever your activities are. This room was spotless. It has what can generously be called a kitchenette, but you really won’t be cooking meals here. Heating up doggy bag leftovers will be the extent of your cooking as the kitchen is not equipped with much but the bare essentials. But, you won’t starve. The hot plate and two pans included wee enough to cook some prepackaged stuff. You’ll need to get your own coffee, coffee, filters, salt, and pepper, pretty much all consumables except paper products. Bathroom is nice. The bed makes a lot of noise. Moving around even a tiny amount can create enough creaking to wake me and my spouse up. The price was reasonable for what it offers. When comparing it to other places, keep in mind, it’s just a hotel room like setting not a whole house and it not on a canal. If you need an inexpensive place to flop for a few nights, this is a far, far better choice than the cheap hotels in New Port Richey.

Perfect for our needs. Great hosts.

This was a great little place ! We were in town for a wedding, we were pleasantly surprised that the kitchenette had everything we needed. Very clean and private , the owners only came over to give us new beach towels when they noticed we had ours drying. We would definitely stay again if in the area !

The "pluses" of this property are many: safe neighborhood, easy/close parking, very clean inside, quiet, nice "renter" walked over upon arrival to ensure got in and all good, nice proximity to Clearwater and Tarpon Springs (for touristy activities), kitchenette w/large refrig/microwaveoven, bathroom big and bright with hot water and soft toilet paper and Q-tips available and soaps/shampoo, very quiet and excellent air conditioner, iron board and iron available, blowdryer available. The "minuses" are much fewer (but one is enough displeaser that I'd probably not re-rent...will address this last.) These are the no biggies, but would like renter to know so can change/adjust as possible: inside main switch for light is for the very bright kitchen lights AND the overhead ceiling fan/light over bed...i'd suggest separating them so if one wants run ceiling fan separately from the bright lights being on...this is possible; the bathroom sink had no way of plugging sink for guys who wish fill with water and shave; there were no wash cloths (had great towels and hand towels though)...but my wife/I like wash cloths; and no broom/dustpan or small whisk broom available. AND, now here's the negative (that may not bother some) that would probably stop me from re-renting...the bed is squeaky/noisy upon any movement AND the mattress is very/very/very firm (I like firm, but this was a 10 on firmness). OVERALL, go for it if the bed issue described above is not an issue for you. God bless.

My husband and I got away for a three day weekend for his birthday to enjoy our time in Tarpon Springs and Crystal River and this place was perfect for our stay. The lovely bedroom, kitchen and bathroom was clean, pleasing to the eye and had everything we needed while being away from home. Both my husband and I highly recommend this property.

My stay here was very pleasent, the place was very clean and the owners were amazing. About a 30 minute drive to Clearwater with no traffic. We had no issues and have no complaints.

The listing was accurate, and our accommodations were just big enough for two people. Some of the kitchen ware could have been better cleaned before our stay, particularly the coffee maker. The bed should probably be updated as it was very squeaky and the mattress was not very comfortable. The showerhead should be replaced as it did not spray in one distinct direction. Our host was very friendly. Access to the property was very easy and parking was available. The location is perfect as a jump off point to Tarpon Springs or Clearwater.

Awesome stay, super clean and cute! Very quiet at night, bed was comfy, close to beaches. Wish I could have stayed longer!!!
