Great apartment in a fantastic location! Literally in the town centre. An easy walk to shops and restaurants.
Comfortable and clean.
Very smart with a great modern bathroom.
Very good value for money.
Great to have a safe parking place.
Host Graeme was friendly and helpful, responding to messages very quickly.

No ironing facility.
Personal taste..... but really didn't like the glass bathroom door.......

This property is amazing, everything you need and more - the owner’s attention to detail of items available is super. From the Wi-fi & wine fridge to the utensils and cleaning product everything has been thought of . Location is perfect, your own parking space next to property. Clean, modern, comfortable even the towels smell great - best little place we have stayed at.

An exceptional property, very modern with key pads to operate window blinds and a shower which gave written instructions (keep your glasses on!) All very clean and centrally placed for the town centre. It also has its own parking spot which was much appreciated.
We were made to feel very welcome . There were extras in the cupboards and fridge which were useful.
We had some difficulty getting souns on some of the TV channels but our hosts were very quick to help and appreciated us letting them know of the difficulty. We come to Beverley most years to sing and hopefully we can come back here next year.
Not a complaint- a comment. There are stairs up to the apartment so those with mobility issues should be aware of the situation.

Property is in a great location and is well fitted and stylish. Beds were super comfy and overall a great stay! Its just a stones throw from the town centre against lots of restaurants pubs and shops. Owners are friendly and communicate well too. Parking is in a private courtyard with a dedicated space which is a great addition
The only issue we had really were lack of wifi as cell service was poor. There are a number of stairs to get to the property which were slippy in the great british weather we had!

Directions provided via Booking.com were trying to get us into Dog and Duck Lane from Saturday Market. Fixed bollards block the way. We finally parked the car and walked. With the correct directions this is really easy to find.

Wonderful apartment, so conveniently located a minute walk from the Market Square, so free parking was a great bonus. Excellent modern fittings and appliances, with extremely helpful owner.

This was an excellent choice. Fantastic communication from the owner, the apartment is very central (literally yards) to Saturday market and has free parking. The apartment was spotless, modern and had everything you could possibly need. I’d highly recommend and will definitely be staying again

Nice apartment tucked away in a quiet news development(with parking) yet moments from the centre of town . Flexible host. Great base to explore the area , so many good restaurants and nice market town. Nice Saturday market .
This property currently doesn't have Wi-Fi. Not a deal breaker for us but might be for others . We were told there is a plan for this to be recified.

Excellent self catering apartment with bedding and towels provided. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bathroom has a very interesting lighting system. Tesco is just over the road so no problem with food etc.
The apartment has a dedicated parking space. It's about 12 minutes walk from the railway station and five from the bus station. It'sright in the centre of town and opposite the Dog & Duck pub.
The apartment is on the first floor and only accessible from outside by steep flight of steps. It was not a problem for us, but if you have mobility issues it may prove difficult.

Lovely flat in fabulous location, with parking, right in centre of Beverley, yet very quiet. Beautifully clean. Loved underfloor heating in bathroom. Tea and coffe provided. Helpful owner who responded quickly to any questions we had.
Mattress was too firm for us.

there was nothing we didnt like it was a beautiful apartment own parking space ,very very modern contemparary going back for definete come better weather near to square ,graeme the host was a star 5 stars all the way cath .

High tech/spec fittings. Central location. Easy/safe parking. Where else would you get Neff cooker/hob/grill and 2 microwaves?
Some minor maintenance issues on arrival but quickly resolved by super helpful owners. Would be useful to have dummies guides to all the high tech equipment to save web research. We were aware of the lack of wi-fi but surprised given the high equipment levels! However, good 4G reception so overall, not a major issue.

Its right next the main square with all the shops and pubs very clean and tidy,All mod cons every thing you need.The reserved parking space outside was a great addition, Would definitely stay at this apartment again. good communication with the owner.Thank you
Everything seemed high tech and new. plus the separate bedroom was good. walk in shower. Every cooking device you would need if you wanted to cook.
