This is a lovely and decent apartment to stay. Quite place and we loved our stay. Car park available in front of the property.

Approach road was very icy due to the cold freezing weather. .

So came to the area for the first time to visit family and this apartment was a perfect stay for us. Really big and very clean. The guy I spoke to was amazing and will defo rebook again in my next visit

It was clean and tidy.

More utensils would be good

Neat,spacious, very quiet area, with big ASDA round the corner, free parking, there is Netflix and the living room is very cosy There are beautiful wall deco and nice soap dispenser in the kitchen and bathroom The landlord did not bother us at all throughout our stay and he was very prompt with mesages. Also light snacks on arrival, thanks a lot

The only upgrade I will suggest are bedside lamb, dish clothes and enough cutleries.

Plates were dirty, staff were rude when I mentioned this. Glass was left on the floor which my daughter hurt her foot on and there was earwigs everywhere. I didn't expect much for 56£ but this was awful. People who live above made tonnes of noise when they came home at 12am

It was clean and had everything that we could have needed.

We enjoyed everything about the property.

The apartment was much larger than I anticipated and was spotlessly clean on arrival. Everything was in great condition and it was very easy to access the keys thanks to excellent communication from the host. Parking was not a problem, there were enough spaces on the road outside the property.

The only thing I could think the property could benefit from would be a lock on the bathroom door.

Thank you for the stay it was a really nice stay and was in a quiet area close to Dudley and Wallsall. Note there is a asda less than 2 minute drive which is very helpful. The owner is lovely was really helpful and responded quick to any queries. The apartment does get very hot but owner provided a fan which did help. Otherwise i would stay again.

Only thing i would say is maybe have a storage part added to the sofa bed so two people can sleep comfortable. Also having milk bottles rather than sachets as i had to run to get some.

- There are no lamps in either the lounge or bedroom, so have to have big lights on - No fans - which would of been very useful during this heatwave
