Home was perfect for our stay. Back yard was perfect for entertaining! The neighborhood wasn’t the greatest but when you where in the home/backyard it felt private and safe.

This house was great, exactly as pictured! And communication was Seth was super easy. Would definitely recommend!!

My friends and I stayed here to celebrate my spouse's birthday. The beds were super comfortable, the showers were awesome, and all the amenities were great! It was a nice surprise to have such a well equiped kitchen; I was able to make brunch for the group with no issues.

My niece was married in downtown Lexington. This home was perfect for getting to the wedding and reception venue. Ten of us stayed here and had more than enough room. The bride had ample space to get ready. Family enjoyed the game room & putting green. Owner was so great. Thanks for making her special day wonderful.

This house is literally perfect…elegantly appointed & supremely comfortable!! Tons of space, and super fun yard/game room garage!! So glad we discovered this Kentucky treasure & all of the nearby fun!!

We had a blast staying here. We did a 2 day bourbon tour and had them pick us up from the VRBO each day. The property was clean and newly renovated. Centrally located for our activities. Plenty of beds and the putting green out back is a fun touch.

This is a very nice home that has been recently renovated to accommodate folks coming into town. This includes upscale and modern appliances. It appears that the goal was to allow a large number of people to be comfortable in the home. For the six of us it was more than enough space. As with any vacation home, there were a few minor issues that were more in the nuisance category than significant issue. There were plenty of communications from the owner, but they all seemed to be automated, including noise alerts (caused by a storm). Responses back to these messages, and other communications either didn’t get through or were ignored. The game room is a very nice touch, but is in a dirty, dusty garage. Again, for us, these were minor issues and overall we enjoyed our time in Lexington.

What a wonderful time! The pictures for this location do not do it justice. It has been absolutely beautifully designed and redone. The rooms a spacious with comfortable beds and the upstairs lpft is big enough for a whole family. The backyard and game room activities are fun for everyone. You are close to many local breweries and restaurants with tons of yummy door dash options as well. If you prefer to cook the large kitchen is perfect. I will definitely stay here again!

The curb appeal and inside of the house were amazing. We loved the style, features, space and multiple full bathrooms. Also the owner was very accommodating and had a great price. Experience was marked down because of the surrounding neighboorhood and corner lot location. When we left to go anywhere we encountered numerous individuals doing drugs on the sidewalks or passed out day or night less than half mile from the house. The house is a corner lot at a stop light. Road noise was not an issue during the day with tv on or doing activities, but at night loud vehicles idiling, blasting music or speeding through area woke up numerous members each night. This was even while using a white noise app on phone to sleep at night.

I had a great overall experience during my stay at this Airbnb. The house served its purpose perfectly and provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Upon arrival, the neighborhood seemed a bit rough, but the house itself was fantastic. It was conveniently located within walking distance to the main parts of downtown, making it easy to explore the area. One of the standout aspects of the accommodation was its impeccable cleanliness. The house was spotless, which made for a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the backyard was a great feature, and the garage's game room provided a couple of hours of fun and entertainment. The location was convenient, as it was a short walk to the main restaurants downtown or just a 3 minute Uber ride away if you’re feeling lazy or tipsy. The host was highly professional, and their detailed and helpful information about the house made the check-in process smooth and easy. The beds were big and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The couches were also cozy, and all the essential amenities were provided, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this house to others. It offers a great place in a convenient location, with a professional and helpful host. We had a wonderful time and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Am unbelievable property: clean, stocked, and state-of-the-art kitchen; beautiful, peaceful outdoor lawn with ample furniture options, seating areas, recreation variety, and a great grill; fantastic bedrooms and stunning bathrooms. The second floor bathroom is a work of art. I realize this sounds like I’m exaggerating, but I’m really not. The common rooms were handsomely and comfortably furnished, and we gathered easily and happily. The location is ideal — five minutes from all the places we needed to be in Lexington. Great running neighborhood too. Can’t recommend highly enough.

7 high school ladies celebrating 65 year birthdays. EVERYONE was accommodated, mostly in separate rooms with very comfortable beds. Bathrooms were very large and high end decor... It felt like staying at the Ritz. Very classy and everything we needed was available. Wi-Fi and special TV channels were a real bonus. Firewood for the pit was plentiful. Near the Transylvania campus. We plan to return next year. Seth was awesome.

We had 13 in our party and it worked out perfectly! They had a fire pit outside with ample wood supplied. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.

It was everything described and more. The house is just beautiful. Love the kitchen and bathrooms. Everything is labeled and easy to find. Wonderful place to stay that I’d recommend. Plenty of room for several people. The outdoor space is great also.

Great house for a group to hang out in the evening. Firepiit and hot tub are great features.

House was clean and beautiful. Great amenities in the back yard including a game room in the garage, fire pit, and hot tub! Location was very central. Would come back again!

Overall my experience was great. The property was clean and beautiful. There were issues with the heat but the property manager came by within 15 mins to resolve the issue. Between the host and the property manager the customer service was superb. There was constant communication and welcome guide was a great touch that removed any ambiguity from the checkin and checkout process. Next time im in Lexington im certainly going to try booking this property.

The house was even better than the pictures! The owner checked to make sure we were enjoying the house several times and provided great service. Our guy's trip consisted of 8 people and the house was plenty spacious for us to include sleeping and bathroom arrangements. We really used the outdoor entertaining area the most. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. We only cooked breakfast one morning. I would definitely stay there again.

This property is just gorgeous! A modern design that somehow maintains its historic Kentucky charm. The layout and design was great for a large group. Management was accessible throughout the stay via text or email.

Our family had a wonderful time at this short term rental. We often travel around the country staying in many different VRBO’s and this is one of the best we have ever stayed. There was no detail that wasn’t planed by our host Seth. The home decor was incredible and home was plenty big enough for our party of 14. Our kids loved the game room in the garage where they spent a ton of time. The beds were also very comfortable! We liked it so much we bought one of our own home! Would highly recommend this place for a group.

This is by far one of our best experiences with a rental property we have ever had. Everything in the house was very clean and new! The host was extremely quick to respond and very helpful with suggestions for our group. We loved being so close to downtown and UK campus. Our favorite highlight was the hot tub out back. We spent hours hanging out on the back patio making s’mores with our kids. You must check this property out when visiting Lexington.

Our entire group was SO pleased with our rental on our girls trip. It was everything we could ask for with an easy check in, great communication from the host and great accommodations. We all loved the kitchen and dining room area, there was plenty of room for our big dinner and we had so much fun cooking in the new kitchen. The home had everything we needed to prepare a meal. Seth even had great soaps in the shower and we are very picky :) we look forward to staying at this property again for our annual girls trip!
