Room service only doing tea/coffee and not snacks , i hope they improve on it

Over All the experience is amazing I was in Islamabad since 1 week but i got that at the end ho my tour i really miss that It's really amazing and value for money Specially Fahad bhai is really a great and humble personality

The location is really good. Centrally located to everything. The helper boys were very accommodating.

No professionalism. Seems like they opened in a rush. It's still under construction. No SOPS. Telephone didn't work. Had to go 2 floors down by stairs for everything. The lift didn't work. The internet turned off in the night of our room while other wifis were showing. Only one type of pillow available. The toilet did not have Muslim shower installed. Fan's capacitor didn't work. Fan was on low speed all day. Sound of hammering and other work was till very late. Not good for families with young children who sleep early. They need to hire a manager from hospitality industry who can turn this place around

the bed was comfortable and the room size was good enough. I also like the TV size.

TV box wasn't working. Main heating want working, but they have a standalone heater. Overall maintenance is poor

Room decor was nice.

Basic amenities like hair dryer, tea, water were missing. The receptionist refused to pay my change back saying that I will adjust it in water bottle. Hotel like this should atleast give water free. They did not let me park inside saying that some VIP guest has parked his car on the gate. The corridors were very noisy, difficult to sleep. No on the property cafe or anything of sort. The heating was pathetic and for some reason there was no hot water available at night.

Location was good, staff was nice and the room was excellent

There were constant issues with the bathroom. Flush didn't work, Muslim shower was leaking and the shower head was problematic as well. They were trying to fix it but it seems like major plumbing issue The breakfast could be improved a little.

Lift not working and no card payment facility

Electricity went off once and body was assuming that the ambassador Canada was there so was being slightly weird.

The room, the cleanliness, the location

Staff need more training but they are eager to help.
