Clean and spacious

Pictures did not inform us that we would only have a very small front view of the beach. Staff on arrival were rude. 9am checkout time is e Every early and we were told after the fact that they needed 5 day advance notification if we wanted a later check out time. Much more expensive than other realty companies I rented from in the past. I had said in the past I would not rent from this realtor again, so if I had known the realtor was Southern Realty, I would not have booked this condo.

I just came back from a 6 day getaway trip with my family of 4 at the beautiful Perdido Beach in Spinnaker 2A and I enjoyed every second there. The unit was more than accommodating, it was beautiful and it literally felt like I never left my home. My wife and I love going to local fish markets and cooking as much as possible and the unit had a great amount of cooking utensils, pot and pans, and plenty of space for dining indoor or on the balcony looking at the beach. The washer and dryer were very helpful because of the kids and we loved the great size of the living room and bedrooms as well. I never could figure out how to work the TV’s in the bedrooms but the TV in the living room allowed for Airplay on my phone so we were able to watch movies as a family every evening. The location is perfect. Being in the middle of Orange beach, and Pensacola was a huge benefit and there was always something to do nearby. This is my second time in a Spinnaker Hotel and they never disappoint. Definitely a 10/10 for me and I can’t wait to book again next year.

The cable provider they use for TV’s have very few channels available and almost never work. Luckily I was able to use Airplay from my phone and see some movies in the living room TV.
