The caravan was lovely and very clean . The staff were very helpful

great place, there are cameras all over the facility, so you feel safe. we will be back again.

Clean and near the beach and rides

The whole time we stayed in the caravan there was a smell ,the staff did helps with antibacterial spray ,however the smell was the same ,I have to clean the the kitchen sink,fridge and floors but the smell persists ,although the caravan was clean it was only that smell .

We were so impressed by this place! The location is brilliant being only a few minutes from the seafront and it's a small site so there wasn't a lot of noise from the neighbours. The living area was cosy and perfect for relaxing in after a long hot day walking along the seafront. We'll definitely stay here again.

It would have been useful to have tea towels provided in the kitchen. Kitchen bin hadn't been emptied from previous occupants.

Staff were very rude not nice at all

Caravan very modern and tidy, decently equipped and greatly quiet little location. Little out of town but exactly what I wanted.

Unfortunately had problems with payment systems and holding funds, however was eventually sorted. Not the properties fault but of course did cause concern.

I’ll start from outside - once you arrive to property there is an old seating area, all scratched, dirty. Going up the stairs to caravan we felt like we were about to fall through as the stairs were literally rotten. When we unlocked the doors we got quite shocked - interior is old, rusty. 1st bedroom - old bed with 100y old mattress, stained duvets, no place to put clothes or other things. Moving to second bedroom - there is wardrobe with cobwebs and squeaky doors, bed which has seen better days. Kitchen is a joke as well - microwave which doesn’t heat up food, all dirty dusty furniture, no handles on kitchen furniture, fridge which doesn’t cool food, carpets has its thread out. DO NOT BOOK.

Clean and comfortable. Only stayed one night but had all that we needed . Would use the site again.

Wasn't suitable for small children if you wanted to stay on site. Seemed a strange place for a caravan park.

Only a 20 minute walk to the sea front. Clean inside. Easy to find.

Lovely and clean site and caravan, very friendly staff who will go above and beyond. This was our second stay at marsh farm. Id'e I would definitely recommend it if your looking for an affordable stay short or long. Comfortable and clean beds.

Booked two holiday homes for 12 people. Everything is fine . Location, cleanliness, silence. Everything is fine. Set of dishes, toaster, oven, good mattresses.

In the toilet, one incomplete roll of toilet paper for 8 people ...)))
