Hotellet var en god opplevelse. Personalet var svært vennlig og imøtekommende.
Om kvelden ble vi plaget av mye mygg på rommet. Dette var svært ubehagelig for oss. Heldigvis gjorde personalet det riktige ved å bytte rom for oss.

The staff was nice but that’s it.
Didn‘t felt comfortable because the room smelled not good and the water in the shower was cold. I can not recommend staying here. Better book a hotel at the airport or take a bus in the city center of Tirana. If your‘re traveling without a car, you need a taxi from the airport to the hotel (15€) and from the hotel to the bus station in Tirana (15-20€). You should definitely spend this money on a better hotel than this one.

Rooms are clean and really big for two people, communication with staff was quick. It fulfills it's function of a stay close to the airport.
WiFi was going on and off during our stay. We were told the bar on the ground floor would be available during the evening, which it wasn't. Room poorly isolated, we were woken up cause it was noisy outside the room.

Near to the airport, friendly helpful staff. Large rooms. We really wanted air conditioning and we're so happy they had it.
Hard to find breakfast as their restaurant was under reconstruction. The bathroom was large and had a huge jacuzzi tub, but the toilet was so close to it I basically had to sit sideways.

It's a brand new hotel, clean, the staff is very welcoming. The guys are great and responded to every request. The rooms are big, have an air conditioning.
There is a window in the room, but you cannot open it. The bathroom is unfinished. There are a lot of stairs to climb, it is located on top of a furniture store and it feels like it is refurbished storage floor. It is not Grand hotel by any measure, it is OK roadside motel.

the staff were incredible! they took great care of me and ensured that I was always safe and looked after. they spoke with taxi drivers for me and helped me to plan my trips after Albania. i cannot recommend them enough

Super kind and hospitable host. Even though we arrived very late, he did his best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He even made sure to contact a taxi driver to pick us up at 3h30 in the morning. Really nice experience.

Check-in was easygoing, despite my late arrival at 2am. Staff was super friendly and arranged the breakfast according to my wishes. The bar downstairs has great coffee.

The staff was wonderful. They were really helpful, friendly and kind. They called for pizza which was really good! The room was really nice. Spacious, good aircon and we booked the spa bathtub. The only 'problem' we had was the pressure of the faucet. It took a long time for the bath to be full. The shower didn't have a proper holder and turned from hot to cold. But we didn't mind it that much.
All was good! Coffee was fantastic, so was the manager :D
