I stayed in a 2 bedroom with a family of 4. I believe ro service should throw out garbage and possibly change out towels.

Hotel just needs food.

The building is gorgeous and the 4th floor has all the amenities top notch.

The room needs a luggage stand and more hooks to hung items

The location is very good. The staff is good and helpful. The rooms was good and comfortable. The gym is very good and the pool are good. The parking facilities & service are very good even for a bigger car.

The breakfast is very simple. Also we prepaid for the breakfast for 8 days and suddenly after 6 days they stopped to serve breakfast and just offered us to go to another restaurant and pay separate for the beakfast, strange solution.... This is like a aparthotel where You only have cleaning of the room only once a week, so little bit rare if You are used to stay in hotels with cleaning & filling up water & toilet paper daily. Was mention "BIG BED" but it was a queen size bed, so small for two adults.

Great location in the center of west palm beach. Clean designed rooms with comfortable bed and small kitchenette. Nice gym but on the smaller side. Nice pool. Staff is friendly.

Even though the rooms are nice and have a kitchenette, they are basic. You will need to supply some of your own things if you want to use it as an apartment rather than a hotel room. Grab and go breakfast is a joke. Compared to other cities, it is quite expensive. But so is west palm in general.

The equipment in the room is amazing, you could really use this like an apartment. The Square nearby is an excellent shopping area and you may have dinner there.

There are just two elevators and if one is out of service you will wait endless.. (we've made the experience). The challenge in the breakfast room is to find the coffee-machine and than get a cup if there is any.

Just two elevators very distant, breakfast at the lounge was not what I was expecting and tv anchorage didn’t pivot which makes almost impossible to watch tv.

Location and the European concept in the kind of Bauhaus design. The reliable internet critical for remote work and the full set of utilities available in the room.

1. Lack of wall hangers in the bathrooms. Where do I hand any towel or bathrobe!? Wrote same feedback last year, nothing changed. 2. Lack of wall hangers and shoe cabinet in SOME but not all studios. We booked two studios and one of them had these in the doorway.

There was a very nice breakfast room to go to in the morning, and it was all complimentary. The pool and gym were great too. Most of all it was a perfect location for me to visit family in Palm Beach just over the bridge. I walked a lot in the area; the Norton museum, The Hive and Pur Vida restaurants were my favourite stops.

Since there is no doorman to greet you, I thought that the staff at the front desk could be more friendly when guests came in and out. It felt a little sterile at times.

No parking for check-in. Only staff on site were at front desk. Asked for room closer to elevator. Ended up with Long walk to room. Garage parking cumbersome at best. Clean, comfortable room. Not worth the hassle it took to get there. Nothing easy about property., I am a local guy looking for get-a-way for a few days. The BS it took to check-in & get settled was not worth the stay. I checked out after 1 day.

I liked the location, the lounge, the pool area (though the siting of the pool was very strange, as it is never in the sun). I think the breakfast is good, but it is identical every single day, which is a little sad. The food staff was excellent.

The room was clean but had no closet! (I've been traveling for 50 years all over the world and that was a first!) No rugs! No desk and chair! The towel rack was broken. As was the hair dryer. When I called for a replacement hair dryer, after getting out of the shower, it took 35 minutes for the staff to arrive with a new one and by then my hair was nearly dry. And there were no amenities: no shower cap, no water glass by the sink, no soap dish in the shower, no emery file, no bedside pad and pencil, not even a suitcase rack. This was WEIRD.

- there was only 1 lift, which made everything reealllyy slow. When you're on any floor you don't know if the lift is going up or down. The other lift on the other side of the building needed us to exit and get up, which doesn't make sense when we're down at the reception... - no lobby area downstairs - basically no breakfast... the bar and the yoghurt was nice, but there were so few that depending on when you came down you may not get any (even if you came down before 11am) - the room we were in first didn't have anywhere to store our clothes, it didn't have a bin or a safety box. Lucky for us, the staff were able to move us. But surely that room should have had these facilities especially when it says it does online - we asked for a clothes rack to be sent up on the 1st day. We were there for 7 days and didn't get the clothes rack at all - we didn't have body lotion in our room or an extra toilet paper. So had to ask for that too - the house keeping only came 1 of the days... they didn't tell us that house keeping wouldn't come everyday. It's OK that they don't come everyday, but it would be good to know that from the start and we could ask them when we wanted it

The building is spotlessly clean. On aarival I did not like the room allocated and they changed it without discussion to an excellent bedroom with separate living-room. Good towels, comfortable bed. Wi-Fi excellent. Ideal for business. I did not have a car but noticed direct access to a garage.

One day they forgot to clean room, however very apologetic and I understand this can happen. No breakfast room but one can collect mini-breakfast from the front lobby. One disadvantage is need to keep blinds drawn as overlooked,

Didn’t like the breakfast option. They provided upon request: hot beverage (coffee/tea), fruits, bars, and dry cereal. Cannot wait for the restaurant to open next door. Close proximity to other restaurants located downtown as an alternative.

Finally a great hotel in WPB! I have stayed at other AKA’s and I’m never disappointed. This location is brand new, very well located a 3-4 min walk from The Square, everything was spotless, staff was super helpful, safe area with covered and secure parking. I was welcomed with a nice note and gift bag. The bed and pillows were fantastic, Nespresso coffee machine in the room. This is now my go-to hotel when I’m in the WPB area.

I honestly looked for something that could have been improved and couldn’t find anything. 👌🏼
