The place was nice a spacious for all 8 of us. It was tidy and quiet place. The beach was a close walk across just across the street. One thing that the owner did mention was, that the dryer button was broken when we arrived. They did have a technician come in the next day, but the part needed to be ordered. So we weren't able to wash anything before heading back home, Some other small things was that there were no paper towels, the cleaner left us with like 5 and I couldn't find an extra roll anywhere.... and only 1 kitchen towel. The refrigerator water dispenser was super touchy so water would be all over the floor, the coffee table had a plastic cover on it and was pretty gross underneath, I don't think they actually clean it underneath. Not the end of the world, we just had to buy some of our own stuff and do some light house cleaning. The owner did say she would give us a partial reimbursement, for the dryer issue so we thought that was fair. Still waiting to see the reimbursement.

Our group of 8 loved this property in Kihei! It was clean, spacious, and the resort property (pool, tennis/pickleball courts, etc) was a great added bonus! The kitchen was well stocked with items needed for cooking dinner, and we enjoyed using the beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas that were provided at beaches all over Maui! We were glad that we rented cars since this property is a bit off the beaten path…but it was a central location to get wherever we wanted to go each day! We would stay here again!

Stacey made this entire experience a breeze! She’s quick to respond and has made sure everything you could possibly need is there. Great experience! If we ever get the chance to go back to Maui, we would LOVE to stay here again.

Aside from a few hiccups, the overall stay with pleasant and I would definitely stay again. There was more than enough room for me and my party; the added condiments and laundry room was so helpful to our stay. The host was also easy to reach and replied in a timely manner!

It was exactly what the photos and description said it was going to be. Our family included adults and children and everyone had a good time. The children loved playing in the grass areas and made several friends of other children staying at KOA. The other families were friendly and often engaged in conversation. The beach was easily walked to and everything the children needed for the beach was provided with the unit. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked most nights. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again the next time we are on Maui!

8 adults for 9 days - very good set up and supplies - great location. End unit close to parking lot was helpful. Location was easy to get to and from. AC in each bedroom was great!

This property exceeded our expectations on every level. Stacy was exceedingly accommodating and responsive and went above and beyond to assure our stay went seamlessly and all of our needs were met. I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this was easily the best with such attention to every detail. Everything in the listing was as described plus more. The rooms were spacious and the design of the space was perfect to accommodate our group of 13 (5 children age 4-15 and 8 adults). Aside from the expected items in a rental, we especially appreciated the provided beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach toys, a wagon to haul all of the items, ample and quality cookware, dishes and Tupperware, and provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in each of the showers. The kitchen was fully equipped with all of the necessities including a coffee maker, toaster oven, foil, Saran Wrap and even ziplock baggies. Truly no details were overlooked. The location of the property was ideal with numerous beaches and attractions nearby. The property itself was gorgeous and the access to the pool was clutch. Our family spent the day exploring the island and the evenings at the pool/jacuzzi. I highly recommend a stay at this property. This unit had everything for our family of 7, ages 23-81. Extremely clean, fully stocked, adorably decorated, spacious and comfortable with a nice, large pool and hot tub. We appreciated the cooler, umbrella, beach chairs, floats and the owner's outstanding communication and quick responses along with helpful information about the unit, along with beaches, restaurants, shopping, and adventures on the island! The owner is exceptional!

We had a wonderful time in Maui, Stacy is a great host, the property is so much more than we expected, the only regret we have that we had to leave! Definitely coming back!!
