Clean, air conditioned, everyone was helpful and welcoming. Had the swimming pool to ourselves the majority of the time

The only thing that could have been better was the air conditioning in the main bedroom, it was a little noisy. The others in twin room and main family area were fine. It may need servicing, but to be fair we didn’t raise it whilst there. Would also recommend to rent a car, as public transport limited in Peyia.

Apartment is very well equipped including dishwasher, washing machine, iron, large TV screen, air condition, efficient Wi-Fi connection etc. We appreciated comfortable patio with afternoon shade and well maintained pool located just few steps away. The location is perfect if you have a car. It is 5 minutes to large Philipos supermarket and 5 minutes to beautiful Laurou beach and 20 minutes to Paphos downtown.

Bathroom is rather small, cabinets do not have shelves. The mattresses are sprung and not comfortable. Having better mattresses would be a nice improvement of the apartment.

Very nice, personal design. A lot of love has gone into making the place beautiful and comfortable.

There was no information provided about location, keys, etc. Had to communicate via text messages to get into the rented place.

We stayed at Eva Gardens for 10 nights and the accommodation is absolutely superb!! All the facilities that you could want or need are here and the rooms within the house are extremely well furnished and equipped. Everywhere is immaculately clean and tidy!! The private courtyard garden is one of the best aspects of the property, the garden furniture is extremely comfortable and the abundance of in bloom flowers and plants, even in late November is a real delight!! Would 100% recommend a stay at this property and would definitely stay here again!! Thankyou very much!!

House was big, clean, very well equipped, in quiet neighbourhood, 1 km from Peyia centre. Owner was very polite, she prepared for us a bottle of wine and gave some food in refrigerator. Great accomodation, great services!

Fantastically equipped property, spacious, immaculately clean, huge modern smart TVs, good wifi, lovely little private garden with easy access to the pool. Photos on website actually matched the property.

Steep hill to walk into Peyia, too far to walk to beach or anywhere of interest, very limited public transport. Pool was a decent size but sun beds had definitely seen better days.

Its a very nicely furnished spacious accommodation including yard with excellent kitchen equipment.

to open the door with an app! What a nonsense! My friend ( male) didn't mind but I absolutely did not like such an unnecessary "gadget' to open my door. I want a normal key!
