Spotless and great location for us, Great facilities with everything we could have needed.

The beds and the rooms were very very comfy. Everything looks immaculate and slick and we would love to come again soon.

nothing , this is the worst property we have stayed in , oven not working knob missing, no tv, no light in bathroom shower in the dark garden was so overgrown it was unbelievable and dogs mess on the patio.

It was absolutely awful, they asked for a £100 bacs transfer which was fine but they didn't email me until 17.15 I finish work at 4.30 so had to go all the way back into the office to do a banks transfer as they would not take a credit card. So my colleague's were sitting outside the property for an hour.

The property was set up OK and served the purpose of what we required

The lounge was very spacious and comfortable and the house was well equipped for our needs. The addition of an en suite bathroom was useful.

The back garden was an area of waist high weeds, nettles and brambles, with a small patio which had no seating (or BBQ facility, as per the listing). There was also an overflowing ashtray on the windowsill. The patio doors seemed to have been recently fitted (as they still had the seal on them) but did not fully open, nor did they close without some effort of lifting at the same time. This was the same for a window in the main bedroom. There was no downstairs WC even though one was shown in the photographs and no hand or bath towels provided, even though the listing shows these on the beds. We had attempted to contact the owners a few times before our stay but to no avail; probably the closest we got was a stranger knocking on the door early on the last morning of our stay (unusual in itself as we were still paying guests) saying he had been asked to cut back the weeds. This was before 9am on a bank holiday Monday. He left shortly afterwards, unable to achieve much as the sheer enormity of the overgrown garden was too much for his electric tools! Lastly, the hot water was temperamental, going off within minutes of starting a shower.

This is a beautiful home. We have stayed here before, and it's lovely. Last time there weren't really enough cooking pans etc, however this time there were. not sure if they added more or if we just found them this time! anyway really love this house it's beautiful and they have allowed us to check in early both times.
