Location and fantastic view, balcony is definitely a bonus. Parking place in the building was very important as we came by car. Apartment is very clean, comfortable and has everything for a several days stay
Could not manage to switch on the hot water in the en-suite sink, that's all negative

I liked the location
The bath had no running hot water. There was nothing coming out tap. This got fixed the following day but as we were only there for two nights, during half of our visit we were unable to use the bath. As this was reason we booked, I felt it would have been a goodwill gesture to offer us some recompense. However nothing was offered so I would be unwilling to book this again.

Location was really central. Well appointed apartment. Lift and secure parking. Good to have outdoor space. Quiet residential block which felt clean and secure.
Nothing significant that impacted on stay. Possibly a bit more attention to detail, simple things like having ice cube trays for the freezer.

Spacious and spotless in a great location for enjoying Dundee. Everything you need for a stay is there and walking into the city is simple. The balcony overlooking the unicorn and city quay is excellent.
Excellent communication from letting agents also. Any questions were quickly answered and it genuinely felt like they were doing their utmost for us.
One minor thing as highlighted by previous reviewer is that the water pressure in the bathroom shower is weak. However the en suite shower is fine so it wasn't a big deal for us

Close to everything you need in the city without the noise of traffic etc.
Absolutely spotless clean and very well presented.
Exceptional beds in both rooms.
Customer service were fantastic when (due to my own stupidity) had to be contacted late on a bank holiday Friday.
Will be booking here again for our next visit.
