場所は駅や中心部に近く、夜遅くまでやってるスーパーもあり便利、家の中は手入れがされ快適に過ごせました。駐車場が付いているのも良い。

タンスに誰かが置いていった物がいっぱいあったこと。

Location was great. Kitchen was clean and comfortably equipped

Not clean. Heating didn’t work for the first 24 hours. They were not clear we were coming: it was really dirty.

Location perfect

Was not in a good condition on sweet shower had a lot of mould and the water didn’t run away quickly so you had to turn the water off while showering in the kitchen one of the doors had dropped one of the drawers had only one screw in it the fridge had out of date milk and a ready meal left in it.we booked for parking but we had move the car because a neighbour said it was hers so we moved to were see said then we got a notice on the car which said we have been reported to the parking authority with are number plate so we got in the car and came home Tuesday no more booking for us sorry.

The Location is good. The facilities are so obsolete.

The regulated check in time is 3 pm , The management let us to check in after 4:00 pm and the room wasn't made up yet upon our check in at all. I found the bath room was so dirty after cleaning team gone away. the dirt was on the wall. I felt very fatigued due to the simple guest room bed. The TV has no YouTube, Netflix available. The internet speed is too slow to watch YouTube and Netflix on laptop. The video will be frozen if the picture quality is over 240p. The tea pot is full of sediment and I wouldn't like to mention it anymore.

good location with a parking space. Well equiped but we didn’t need to use much of this as we were only staying for 2 nights. Close to the train station and a relatively easy walk into Oxford centre. The area was quiet also despite being next to the train line. we also had quick responses to any queries we had.

The bed could have been more comfortable but was ok.

Excellent service from Pass the Keys - on arrival I discovered that the oven didn't work. I notified them that evening; the following day someone came to verify the condition of the oven, and by lunchtime the day after, a new oven had been installed - no fuss, and the work was all carried out whilst I was out of the flat, so no disruption, either. I was extremely pleased with the speed and efficiency of the response.

The kitchen could be better equipped - limited utensils, no food prep knives (had to use a steak knife to chop ingredients when preparing meals), no corkscrew, wine glasses, etc.

The experience was seamless and easy, which allowed my focus to remain oriented towards my work trip obligations. If this property becomes available during my next visit, there is a high likelihood I'll attempt to rebook.
