great facilities and plenty of space!

I understand why but the 10pm curfew is a shame for the outdoor area. I know that the host is doing some renovations to rectify this anyway

very easy to find. lots of parking. lots of space inside the house. great outdoor space too. couple of pubs close by.

Fantastic location with a lot of stuff to do that's nearby and it's got enough on site stuff to do to keep everyone entertained! Would definitely love to come back here again soon!

Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Christmas decorations were a lovely touch

We have had an amazing weekend. Joolz was fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. The only downside was we didn’t want to come home. Will definitely be booking again and would rate this property a 1000 and a million times more

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! It had everything we needed and everywhere was clean and in good condition. It's far better than what we see in Pictures. The garden was huge and had a lot of things to play with for kids as well as adults. Hot tub, sauna/shower, a games room with a speaker system and air hockey, as well as a great open plan kitchen and Cinema room. Surrounded by trees, the place feels so refreshing. Joolz was great in responding to any queries and check-in was very easy. It was a great stay and would 100% recommend it to anyone!
