Noisy fan in bathroom

It was clean and simple but with decent useable TV.

So much noise in the hallway it felt like the doors with made of paper. Matress was not comfy

The area and overall look of the hotel.

Let down a little by the finer cleaning details, rim around toilet and dust in the recess of the bathroom door - I didn't look for more.

very quick check in @ 0030 arrival ( i had prebooked). Breakfast was superb.

All the staff that I came in contact with were brilliant, all were cheerful and polite and made me feel very welcome. The breakfast was great. The first evening meal I had was ok, but the carvery that I had the second evening was much better.

We love the rooms and the breakfast. Staff are great too

Room was way to small (extremely cramped). No extraction fan in the toilet/bathroom.

I booked a twin room for 2 adults with breakfast only to be told when we went for breakfast only 1 comes with the booking that’s for 2 adults !!

The property was very stylish, clean and plush. I’d definitely go back there again

The staff are really friendly and the service at the restaurant was very efficient, the food was very good if anything there was too much on the plate, access is easy just off the main road and parking is free.

If your travelling for business and need to work online then this might not be the place for you, the Wi-Fi was terrible, at first it would not connect and when it did it was patchy at best and the signal was very poor, especially in the rooms, and telephone reception on my O2 service was none existent so I couldn't even pair with my phone instead, I had a video call that I had to drop out off and had to use the local McDonalds free Wi-Fi to make connect so not ideal.

I hadn't stayed at Breckland Lodge for a few years so this was the first time that I saw the upgrading that has been done which I was impressed with. The room was great, the food and service was good. I would definitely stay there again.
