Very good accomodation to stat if you go to Bern, the location is perfect and the staff is very friendly

Our experience with the staff was mixed because the man named was rude while the lady was very helpful. Besides this drawback the hotel itself and everything around this were very nice.

It was the perfect place for me to relax and refresh after a busy work day.Location is also perfect as it is on the yellow bys route.The office staff were very friendly, very helpful in providing me with all the necessary information to make my stay comfortable.True professionals

Property was very clean but it doesn't have an air conditioner which can be really an issue on a hot day and they provide a fan only if it’s available. Well they should mention this in their bio so that people should know what they are getting into. Toiletries means only body shower.

Very clean and new with grocery store next door. Only a few bus stops from the train station. The check in is a bit I’m personable, but all in all a great place to stay.

The room was good, the air conditioning wasn’t working but staff provided a fan when requested.
Loved the amenities and the kitchen. The self checkin was a little weird and checking out while on the train to the next place was even more weird ( because 9:00am checkout?). The only thing that was not really acceptable though was that there was a skateboard park right outside our window. Really? A skateboard park right there?

The place itself was lovely and quiet but the check in process was a disaster. Never received the code to get in via email and had to stand out until a guest came out of their room to let us in . No staff on site to help. Had to work but no internet access.
That whole self check in system needs an upgrade
At least for now leave a staff on site to assist with issues like this.

I needed some help with an adopter and a fan at night. The adopter, in particular, was for my CPAP machine. No one was available in person, on phone or email.

The quality and condition of the mattress was so uncomfortable and sagging that whenever your partner moved, it created big noise and movement which was enough to wake the other up!

Good location, good parking (although ££), arrived in 28 degree heat room warm and no air con, room does have big open windows though. Limited wardrobe space but kitchen facilities very good and spacious.

The property itself is really nice and the staff that was there was helpful, but the check in process is frustrating and long. The hotel is understaffed and a few people are working very hard to try to make things comfortable. Just be prepared to wait. Overall nice place and prior reviews warned about the lack of staff and automated check in that doesn’t work too well so it wasn’t a surprise.

Very nice accommodations. It is a little outside the city of Bern but friendly helpful staff. Clean modern hotel. Washer and dryers for a fee but good to have option to wash clothes. If you are traveling through Switzerland I recommend having a small fan in your luggage as most hotels don’t have air and a fan would come in handy in rooms. Loved the hotel and Bern!

Was only there for one night but it’s a nice clean spot. The bus station is very close to get to Old Town and other spots.

Los Lorentes is a great place to stay in Bern! It was amazing to have a kitchenette and an ALDI next door. Also the bus stop is very close so even though its not in the centre of town, its very easy to get there by a regular bus. The facilities were all great and staff nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel was very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. The underground parking was very ckean and spacious. The area around the hotel lacked any appeal at all. Our roo. overloooked a graffiti laden skate park and a highway.

Managed efficiently by a very lean team with self check-in kiosk, despite that staffs were available when needed. It is more of serviced apartment than hotel, love the mattress, large bathroom and complete kitchenette for light cooking. The only downside is its location being 10 mins bus ride from city center + 5 mins walk from bus stop with lots of luggages, nothing else.

Very nice accommodation. Large rooms with good sound insulation. Rooms were cleaned daily. Kitchenette was well equipped. Reception staff were extremely helpful. Although a little bit outside the city, bus 101 is only 2 minutes walk from the accommodation. Bus 101 comes regularly and takes 10 minutes to get to the city. The accommodation emails the Bern Ticket to us 2 days before our arrival date with instructions to activate the tickets. We would stay again.

This property was a very pleasant surprise as we had to book last minute. It was very modern with a nice cooking area. I would say the only thing that would have been helpful was to have directions for some of the things that were in the unit. Overall though, very nice and we would recommend to anyone and would stay there again.

Extremely clean! Liked the kitchen and it has everything you need! Location is far from attractions, but free public transportation makes that less of an issue.

This is an amazing apartment hotel and Bern is a wonderful city to visit with picturesque views. The apartments are clean and modern and have easy to use washing machines on the lower level. The apartments are located a two minute walk from a bus stop that gets you into the centre of Bern in ten minutes. Due to the Bern ticket, which is activated by the apartment as soon as you arrive, all of your travel - bus and tram - is free for the duration of your visit. One of the best cities I have ever visited and I am planning to go back as soon as I can.

Clean, beds comfortable, shower nice. The skateboard park is literally outside the window and a highway ramp next to it. Not loud per se, just covered in graffiti and unattractive particularly to Americans. Very odd check in on touch screen. It worked, overall satisfied.
