THE FAN ON THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS SO LOUD, UNABLE TO HEAR THE NEWS, WHEN IT KICKED OFF THE TV WAS BLAIRING LOUD. YOU COULD HEAR CLEARLY EVERYTHING IN THE HALL AS IF YOU WERE IN THE SAME ROOM. THANK GOODNESS EVERYONE WAS QUIET WHEN IT WAS TIME TO SLEEP. IT WAS CLEAN ENOUGH. THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE. THE AIR CONDITIONER KEPT THE ROOM COOL. THE SHOWER WORKED SO ALL AND ALL A GOOD ROOM FOR THE PRICE.

STAFF WAS KIND. THE ROOM SEEMED CLEAN ENOUGH. THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE AND AIR CONDITIONING WORKED. OVERALL GOOD ROOM FOR THE PRICE. WE DID HAVE TO INFORM THE STAFF THAT THE DRAIN IN THE TUB WAS PLUGGED. THE REMOTE FOR THE TV DID NOT WORK. THE OUTSIDE WINDOW WAS BROKEN (THE INSIDE WINDOW WAS NOT) THE FAN ON THE AIR CONDITIONER NEEDED CLEANED.

Nice place, got in and slept, got out. Worked out great!

The front desk manager was super friendly. The building seemed a bit run down but the room we stayed in was updated and nice. The shower head was broken but it wasn’t that big of a deal. We were passing through on the way out west and it was a great place to stop on the way to rest and for a great price. I would for sure recommend and stay here again if I was passing through.

The front desk staff were great. If you are on a long-distance travel and need to sleep for a night, it is perfect.

Room was dirty. Hair all over the bathroom. Looked like it wasn’t even cleaned

Old decaying

I liked the price (in comparison to nearby properties), until I arrived and discovered much deferred maintenance. The most disturbing detail was the broken security latch on our door. It was partially in tact, obviously busted in and never repaired. Also, this is supposed to be a non-smoking facility, however, there was a strong, ongoing odor of cigarette smoke for most of our stay. There were no towels or washcloths in the room. We had to call the front desk for bath towels.

It was cheap. A place to stay. Leaky bathroom sink. There were used towels hanging on the door in the bathroom. Sheets had some hair on them. But shower was hot and the air conditioner was working.

No coffee in room.

Stayed for three nights, and I didn’t have any issues. The room was excellent and clean. The staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk made me wait 30 minutes to come to the desk and help me. The shower had a hose which did not have a holder, so it splashed everywhere. The bathroom sink had teal wax or staining in it.

Hotel was convenient and comfortable. Could use some upgrades to new bedding and shower curtains and towels. A bit of investment into these items would bump up the rating to this hotel.

They don't speak English very well. Rooms were not very clean. No one gave us a receipt. Not a good place.

The cold water in our room never got cold, just warm. Floor was a little dirty, tub and shower curtains needed cleaning. Had a desk, but no chair. Bed was clean and comfy. TV was good. Great price!

It has decent rooms it close to Gas fast food and Walmart; Staff not at desk you have to call them on phone in a good area bar across the street Not bad but not the greatest either

The place was older but. clean and a good deal for the price. Very close to food options and a great Mexican restaurant next door.

For the overall stay and price paid considering other similar options - this is a great value stay every time. Remodeling is ongoing.

Okay, I was actually pretty impressed. No, it's not a 5-star place: the facility itself is old and outdated. But, everything I saw has been remodeled--not remodeled in the sense of redesigned and modernized, but materials and fixtures have been replaced and updated. In other words, the owners haven't just let an old hotel limp on, milking its former glory for every penny they can get. They've maintained it quite well. Our room had new floors, and new bathroom fittings. Everything was clean. Again...no Hilton. But this was one of the best value-for-money places I've ever stayed.

TV didnt work. Boxelder bugs in the room. Hornets flew into room from outside through the air conditioner. Staff (the one guy) barely spoke English, was unprofessional, and looked like a homeless bum. Not wheelchair friendly at all ...property is most likely not compliant with ADA. Horrific hotel. It was a terrible experience.

The location is great. Breakfast was basic but fine. There was a local park nearby so I could exercise my service dog alone, keystone is a great town for staying when visiting all the local sites. Check out Halley’s!
