A couple of the lights did not work. The shower head only went to my neck. So I had to bend down to wash my hair. The sink faucet was very loose and about to fall off. The handrail in the elevator fell off and I almost fell. The outside area was awesome although the pool was empty due to it being October. The entire staff was very nice and friendly and they all said congratulations to my daughter who just graduated at boot camp. With a few things being fixed this would be a great hotel

It was good with the exception of calling front desk to bring me coffee pods and never did not once but 2x

Fresh towels everyday. Bed made up everyday. Very satisfied.

Very noisy, very outdated.

Worst experience ever. The front desk staff are very sassy and unhelpful. I asked one morning to borrow a pair of scissors because the airline do not allow you to hand carry them in your luggage. The lady at the front didn’t even bother to look to see if they had any and she said we are just like the airlines we don’t have any. Then the next morning, the hurricane Helene brought winds and rain. Since my room was on the garden view side, it was on the outside of the hotel. I noticed that morning the water was coming in from under the door and so I let the front know. Their response was there’s nothing they can do and I can put a towel down. As the day went on the rain came into the room more and by the end of the day, the carpet was wet from the door till about 10 feet into the room. The electricity went out and they had no flood lights no flashlights no lights at all. I was on the fourth floor, and I had to walk through the stairs in the pitch of dark with no help. Me being a single woman was scared for her safety. None of the staff were helpful. The power was out for the two days I was there and I filed a complaint and no one got back to me. I would never ever against stay at this hotel. The staff was very unhelpful and for your safety that was a really big red flag. My room smelled like sour milk because the carpet was wet and I also had black mold on my bathroom ceiling. If you’re thinking about booking a stay here, don’t! You’ll regret it. Just check the photos.

Beautiful lobby and great breakfast

We had a great stay. We were out at the garden and pool. Very quiet. Breakfast had some of the best choices.

I paid for an upgrade and was approved but was never given the upgrade. And was never refunded my money

It was just “OK”. Not in a great part of town. My room had light bulbs that were blown, there was a used tooth pick stick on the floor by the bed , the A/C wouldn’t go below 72 even though I set it to 68.

Stay was comfortable and relaxing.Room and amenities were all good.

Hotel was “ok” for just somewhere to sleep. Staff were great, not near enough parking for all the guests.

There was blood on the mattress. The halls were smelly and dirty. The parking lot was dark because almost every light was out. The staff was super nice and apologized many times.

The staff at this facility was excellent. They were very helpful in every way possible. The facility looks to be an older hotel that was turned into indoor rooms.

Getting in to parking lot was full of holes and area around very rundown. No restaurant only breakfast. Door to bathroom scraped floor. Staff were all pleasant and helpful.

My girlfriend and I had a blast the bathroom was clean the room was clean also

Old and run down

The property was nice, the room was clean but it had an odd smell.

Staff was amazing, room was clean, comfortable beds, only issue was the route to enter the property, poor traffic light direction, which is probably no fault to the hotel.

Property is convenient to interstate

The room smelled. They do not have a functioning restaurant or bar on property. The pillows were cloth covered rocks!!! The only good thing about this hotel is the friendliness of the staff!!

They show the lobby in the picture which is where they must invest their funds. The rooms were terrible. Very uncomfortable and felt unsafe. Dirty and very run down. Definitely needs some updating. NOT WORTH THE PRICE !

Our stay was great. Rooms were clean, comfortable, service very good.

There is a railroad near by. The staff was very rude and presented themselves in a way where they seemed like they didn’t want to be there. A fire alarm went off at 11:30 at night but there was no fire. Mini fridge didn’t work.

This was the second of many stays in Columbia area and the second for this location. We will continue to book here. Clean easy access. Quite. Has the amenities we need. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and serve their purpose.

Verynice people and well kept rooms

The bathtub was peeling/chipping and I cut my foot on the sharp pieces sticking up from the bottom. The drain stopper didn’t work and was completely broken/loose. It came off so easily and left the drain completely exposed. There was loose hair strands in the bathroom on the floor. (I don’t think it was properly swept or cleaned) everything else in the room was okay. Bed was very clean and comfortable. There really isn’t much as far as places to eat around the place within walking distance so you need a car to get around or have to take Uber. It’s a little dangerous to walk around that area to get something to eat. The complimentary breakfast was okay. Good selection of food but mostly processed foods. Still good though and free. I did find a very large cockroach in the main lobby just right outside the doors of the bar/restaurant. I told the young girl at the front desk but she didn’t seem to care she just nodded at me and said “okay”. Pretty gross to see. The young lady that was there late into the night was very nice and attentive. She helped me check in and answered all of my questions. Overall average experience at this place. Seems like an old property considering the older amenities in the rooms.

I would not recommend this property, it was given a hotel makeover when its an actual motel.

My room had a mildew smell. They ended up upgrading my room entirely to a suite, which is nice. Very understanding. However, my best friend checked in with her boyfriend and they mentioned a mildew smell. I never even told them about the smell, so it was ironic that they said the same thing.
